I've ordered 2 or 3 times from this comany. Always good service (well packaged, speedy delivery). More than that, the blogs are great, lots & lots of information on the website, bringing their products to life. I've printed off loads of stuff for info & for easy reference. And, when I've delved a little deeper, some of the toxicology stuff has been eye opening. Why is borax such an issue, for example?

Many thanks for your order and review. It is nice to hear that you are happy with product. Due to delivery we would like to mention that we do not use Yodel as a courier for any of our orders. We use DHL and Royal Mail tracked for all shipments. Your order was placed on 5 of June and delivered on 7th at 10:15. via RM tracked. All Royal Mail parcels are full tracked the same as DHL. Probably you got some bad experience with Yodel in the same time but we can assure you that we using companies we can rely on.
