misleading packaging
i am upset that your packaging and prices are misleading. i bought something that i thought i was buying a 5kg tub for what i considered to be a fair price for 5kg and i received a 1.5kg product in the same type of tub. it is misleading to have products offered in smaller quantities that are visually packaged in a standard 5kg / litre tub. i would have not gone ahead with that purchase have i realised the offered amount is that much smaller. i understand i should have paid more attention but i am still upset with pricing and packaging.
in all fairness, if i wasnt so upset about unfair pricing, the rest of the purchase has gone well. deliver was fast.

Svar från HD Chemicals LTD
Hello,
Many thanks for order and sharing your experience.
As a company we offer products in different weights and prices. We can't take responsibility that your order was placed without reading the description. We clearly state on our product page what is the weight of the product with exact price for it. We do not mislead anyone and display all prices inclusive of VAT. We suggest in the future to pay more attention to product description or contact store directly rather than leaving unfair review. We delivered quality product in correct size for fair price you paid. HD Team
