H&C's Trees Omdömen

H&C supplied me with 2 Red Robin Pleached Trees after my new neighbour unexpectedly destroyed our previously cherished privacy by taking a chainsaw to the 40-year old 25ft Conifers in his garden. H&C have helped us restore -partially at least - a degree of privacy. Order to delivery was around 3 weeks, they contacted me a few days before and helped take the trees round the back for me. Max has been easy to contact & I'm going back now for 2 more to complete the width of the exposed fence

First time ordering from these guys but so so pleased. Really reasonable pricing, great communication throughout and so pleased with our new Amelanchier Lamarckii. We’ll be back for more!

Delighted with the quality of the three pleached photinas and the service from H&C's Trees. Delivered when promised and kindly lifted to the planting spot. Excellent growth, sturdy frame and easy to plant. Highly recommended.

Thank you Max for all your efforts finding a tree for us it’s good to deal with someone who is genuine who works very hard and trustworthy.
I wouldn’t have a problem with recommending him to anyone. Thanks again.

Max was so knowledgable and really helpful with all of my questions. Very reasonable price and great installation service - thank you so much!

I recently ordered four Ilex 'Nellie R. Stevens' standard trees (4-6cm girth, 2.4–2.7m tall in 10L pots) from H&C's Trees, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

The delivery was prompt and exactly as scheduled, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The trees arrived in excellent condition — healthy, well-formed, and clearly well cared for.

Now that they’re planted, they look fantastic. I positioned them to create a screen above the fence, and they do the job beautifully while also complementing the other plants in the planter. The shape and height are ideal, and they’ve immediately enhanced the overall look and feel of the garden.

Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be ordering from H&C’s Trees again!

Excellent service, Max helped us decide on the right pleached trees for our garden trough. We got nine trees plus staking kits, all delivered in excellent condition by Sam who very kindly carried everything into our back garden. The trees look brilliant! We will use again for upcoming garden projects!

Company were transparent from the start and were honest about the first delivery of trees being below standard. When my trees were delivered I was very pleased with the quality.

Pleaches trees are in very good health and H&C Trees continually kept in touch with regard to the delivery. The driver was happy to place the tress where we wanted them. Looking at the trees the cost is not high considering the many years to grow them

Good quality trees and helpful with deliveries etc... I will buy trees from H&C again in the future

Purchased from H&C Trees on a couple of occasions recently and both times have received quality plants, as described, delivered on time and also very kindly (as I have a broken wrist) placed in situ to where I was planting them at the bottom of the garden. Would highly recommend.

Max and the team were brilliant from start to finish, I had lots of questions and they responded numerous times via email and on WhatsApp to help me choose the best trees for the garden. I also purchased the delivery and planting service and the two guys that came were also excellent, clear communication throughout and after. I purchased after reading the numerous positive reviews on their site and felt like they were doing a good thing and genuinely cared, turns out that was right, the trees look wonderful and are great quality, I really can’t fault them in any way and 100% recommend.

Easy to order. Great communication. Delivered early. Great product and good value for money.

Absolutely 5 star service
Max kept me informed on the trees
Delivery was on the day he told me
Would definitely recommend.

Having ordered 4 pleached Red Robins (web site was great and easy to use) I realised I was on holiday for delivery !! Communication was excellent with telephone calls to co- ordinate delivery. Added to that Joe the driver assisted in delivering the plants to my top lawn 👍I’m delighted with the quality of these 2 + metre high plants All in all a great experience with very professional company

Max at HC Trees replied same day and sent a photograph of the trees that would be delivered (pleached photonia). I was happy to pay the price quoted as the quality was visible. Great delivery and I would certainly recommend them.

I had some full standard red robin trees supplied and delivered approx. 16 months ago. No issues and very healthy trees. They are thriving. I will most certainly be buying more from H&C trees.

H&C Tree Review

This was my second time purchasing from H&C Tree, and once again, the experience was excellent. I ordered a Photinia × fraseri ‘Red Robin’ 3/4 Standard (Lollipop), 14–16 cm girth.

Max, the owner, kept me well informed throughout the process. Once the order was processed, communication was clear and timely. On the day of delivery, Sam contacted me to let me know the tree would be delivered in the afternoon.

When the tree arrived, it was well-established and of outstanding quality. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.
Kind regards
John

Just recieved my pleached red robins from Max. He delivered them to the back garden, gave me advice on some other trees I had planted and generally very nice. The trees are very health, have excellent foliage cover and were significantly cheaper than the other ones I bought elsewhere. I would highly recommend H&C both for the quality of their trees and their customer service.

Absolutely delighted with the service from H&C's Trees! From start to finish, Max was knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate. He offered great advice on the best trees for our garden, taking into account soil type, sunlight, and long-term growth.

The quality of the trees delivered was exceptional—healthy, well-established, and exactly as described. Delivery was particularly impressive - we had super tight timelines due to landscaping and despite the busy period, Max committed to having our tree supplied within days.

The team combines top-quality products with such a personal and professional service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning for future planting projects!
