I just want to express my deepest gratitude to Shelley and the entire HC Grills team. Although the journey was a bit bumpy, as I initially didn’t receive one of the grillz from my order, and I also had some trouble with making the perfect mold- Shelley was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout. She took the time to answer all my questions, reassured me, and made sure I had nothing to worry about. In the end, my order was completed, and the grills are absolutely stunning—so intricate, well-designed, and a perfect fit. They are truly a testament to your talent. I will absolutely be returning for more in the future.

I had a great experience with HCgrillz!
The process was really simple and they were easy to contact and answer any questions I had through it all, replies were quick and my grills turned out perfect.

My experience with Hcgrillz was just like everyone else’s with late arrival times.

Not sure when I ordered my grillz but was around their birthday buy one get one free so thought why not, about 3 weeks after taking my molds which also took 3 weeks to arrive and to be sent back for production.
It took about maybe another 3 to 4 weeks for my grillz to be fully delivered but I was updated on the status of my grillz like how far, when production started etc. when I got both sets one full 9k gold or 10 cant remember and one silver which I got for free, I noticed the silver one didn’t really fit aswell as the gold but this could also be because of the difference designs.

The overall truth is that if you are willing to buy jewellery custom made it’s to be expected to take time being crafted, was overall happy with my purchase and wear my grillz out to special occasions (HOW EVER) I really do wish they had a self cleaning tool kit to purches on their website even though all you need is water with no chlorine and they even specify how to maintain, clean and look after them, I would 100% purches a clean kit if an option was available. This is only because I love my grillz and want to be extra cautious especially after spending $700

If your thinking about purchasing, please be aware about the 6 or so weeks of wait time.

HC GRILLZ staff are really nice, professional and super responsive when sending in pictures of moulds prior to shipping it out to make sure the entire process is seamless & easy. Once they received my mould they had an exact 2 week turn around of making the grillz which aligned with the timeframe of they gave. I love it, my grills fit perfectly and made at the highest quality.

From start to finish the service is amazing. To even after you gain the product, this company is serious about creating a great product and a good experience along side it!

The grillz are great quality, I bought mine like 2 years ago and I reach for them whenever I'm going out🔥 Communication with the team is easy since they reply so fast and the instructions are detailed n easy to follow. Definitely getting another set when I get the chance😮‍💨‼️

i just want to say honestly the best service i’ve received, every message and question i sent was answered same day and the grillz themselves are super high quality and sit very snug on the teeth.

Good customer service, everything came in on time. Molds were easy to work with was pretty nervous at first but the kit also comes with a YouTube link on a how to mold your teeth.(if you’ve gotten braces the mold is literally like that) grillz came in around 3-4 weeks after I sent the kit back and I couldn’t be happier with what I received. Definitely surprised me by how amazing the quality was coming from such a small brand. If you’re looking for top notch stuff this is 100% the place to get them.
