We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your time as our customer. After carefully reviewing your case, we’d like to provide clarity and address your concerns.
You joined our service less than a month ago, and during a recent maintenance period to upgrade your VPS at no additional cost, you reported difficulties connecting to your server. Our support team promptly attempted to assist you. However, during this process, you requested the cancellation and deletion of your VPS.
Following your request, our team guided you through submitting an immediate cancellation request via our dashboard. As per protocol, this request automatically canceled your service and removed all associated data.
A few hours later, you contacted us requesting a replacement VPS to continue your service until the end of your billing period. Despite the prior cancellation and deletion, our agent honored your request and provided a replacement VPS. Subsequently, you asked about recovering your previous data, at which point we informed you that it had already been deleted as per your immediate cancellation request.
We understand this situation was frustrating, but we were disappointed by your response in our communication channels, where you used disrespectful language toward our staff and publicly criticized our services. After you left our Discord server, our representative reached out privately to express our apologies and issued a refund for your plan.
We noted that you mentioned difficulties with the refund due to a closed bank account linked to the payment method. Our support team explored alternative options, but during this process, your continued disrespectful and threatening behavior toward our staff led us to close your account. Despite this, the refund was successfully processed and should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Very helpful and patient. While I have launched other types of game servers in the past, this was my first server for FiveM and the hosting support is excellent and patient. Cannot stress that enough, They Are Patient with the customer, which is a big bonus for me, as an over forty (40+) gamer with decades of game experience and several programming languages learned and forgotten. While I re-engaged mental processes trying to work my way through yet another evolution of game programming terms/language, they made sure to not just throw jargon at me and expect me to get it right away, this is what got us through launching our server without breaking keyboards, mouses, screens, or saying "F This!" and deleting the account.
Use these guys for all your Hosting needs and you won't be left dangling trying to figure it all out yourself.
