Every time I contact chat about the same ongoing issue I have to explain the entire history from scratch. Their ticket system either does not retain history or their agents cannot read it. Wastes hours weekly. Truly broken.

Chat auto closes with a not resolved status if I take longer than a minute between messages. Absurd expectation given I might be looking up an account detail. Have to restart the whole ticket. Wastes hours of my week.

enrolled in march for the lash and brow package, 1150 eur. the whole selling point was live mentoring with hayley herself. i had exactly one 20 minute session with her the entire time, every other week it was a rescheduled or a prerecorded clip from what looked like years ago. asked for the practical assessment day three times, kept getting pushed. when i said i wanted a partial refund since half the promised contact hours never happened they pointed me to a terms page nobody ever showed me at signup. no refund, no proper training, no accreditation i can actually use with insurers. felt like paying tuition to an empty room

On mobile data, the fancy graphics chew through my plan. I wish there was a lighter mode.

No soft stops, no nudges to take breaks, just endless spin buttons. Easy to overdo it here.

As part of the so-called VIP program I was supposed to receive weekly cashback, but it often arrived days late. Every time I had to chase them in chat about it. If I didn’t ask, I’m not sure they would bother sending it at all.

paid 480 for the facial course and honestly the material is just pdfs you could find free online, some of the videos still reference products discontinued years ago. no feedback on the work i submitted, just an automated well done. asked a real question in the group and it sat unanswered for two weeks. not worth half what they charge

I received my certificate yesterday with this nice lady who did her best to train us
I really enjoyed it and I recommend everyone to train with her because it is a more than wonderful experience

I absolutely loved my experience with Hayley, she was so lovely and patient. I was a complete beginner who suffers from anxiety. My experience was so welcoming and friendly that I stuck with it and absolutely love lashing, I would definitely be coming back in the future for more training

Hayley is so helpful, she answered every question so well and is still so supportive even after for if you ever have any questions! i’ve been practising before actually doing it on people and i’m doing so well with my fanning and isolating!

Really glad I chose to go on this course. It was highly informative, class was small (4 people), Hayley really gives you her time and efforts in explaining everything clearly, she is very helpful in answering questions and making sure no one gets left behind. You can really see Hayley comes with a wealth of experience and I am really happy to have worked alongside her.

I did the combined russian and classic lash course in london docklands. Hayley was absolutely amazing. She went through everything thoroughly, not too slow but not too fast. Told us information that she had clearly done a lot of research into. She is amazing at explaining things and made the time fly by with an amazing and fun experience. The course had all information you need to start your own business and how to apply the lashes safely. She was so positive and patient. Do not be scared if your a complete beginner like me. I never wrote reviews but i had to. :)

I went on a combined eyelash course with Hayley and I couldn’t recommend enough, she was so helpful and patient with everyone and just a very nice person , her teaching was amazing as-well and she really made sure we understood everything. Anyone that is looking to start this is definitely the course for you !
