My account handler was extremely informative, supportive when I had questions, chasing up delays and feeding back to me as soon as she could and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive.

Kieran and his team have worked on several mortgages for me over the last decade for my property portfolio and they have been nothing short of brilliant each time. I have had traditional mortgages as well as specialist mortgages. They always find the best products and make the whole process go smoothly. I won't use anyone else.

My mortgage application was not straight forward as I did not fit the traditional applicant. Ed worked with me to find the product that best suited my needs and after overcoming a few hurdles managed to get the mortgage approved. Nicola then took over and ensured the completion process was seamless.

Kieran and the team dealt with a re-mortgage of my current address. There were difficulties in the fact that the street and house were re-named causing all sorts of issues with land registry and the prior mortgage company. It took a lot of persistent tracking of documents and solicitors but the Hayes team drove it home.
