I ordered a Deep Gray Genevieve Linen Blouse. Instead, I received a badly sewn brownish coloured blouse, not made of linen but a cheap fabric, which was too small. No size label and full of loose threads. I get the feeling they just throw something into a bag, send it off and then have their crappy response ready when innocent customers complain. When I got in touch for a refund I was offered another blouse by a woman called Agatha, but would have to pay for it, not get my money back, and just receive a small discount! Don't go near these people at Havery Ridge!!!

Monaco shirt I bought is not worth the money. Sleeves are short, unfinaluzed so you can't even roll them up. Buttons are also the cheapest in the market, and fabrik is totally see through ....

This Company has changed its name from Gents of Britain where it has had hundreds of negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

This is a typical 3rd World ( India or China) drop ship scam organisation. I ordered a shirt described as “Linen”. I then discovered that the “shirt” was actually just a printed cotton T shirt. I then tried to cancel my order, and demanded a refund for product misrepresentation. If you want to contact these scammers you need to use their web site “Contact Us” facility. If you try their 'customer service' address you just get an NDR bounce back. Their ‘customer service’ department did responded sending a number of commiserating e-mails saying how important my order was, how they understood that I no longer wanted the order, and how they were 'reviewing' my refund and offering all sorts of inducements such as 20% off my next order and assuring me that my refund was “being reviewed”. Basically this was just a Holding Exercise while their shitty misrepresented product shipped. Of course I have received no refund and yes while they were stalling me the cotton T Shirt ‘shipped’. JUST AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
In common with many hundreds of other defrauded customers if I could have given these scamming b@st@rds less than one star I would have done. To be continued.....

Bought a vest sweater, it came too small and wasn't cashmere. Tried to return it per HR instructions all the way to Italy at my expense, after months it came back return to sender! Never got a refund, have sent numerous emails to Customer support and have never got a response! Don't but from them!

Do not order from them, this is a sham. Items were not as advertised. In August last year I began attempting to return my order. It was like entering a Kafka-esque nightmare in email. They kept offering me to keep the items and refund some percent of my price. When I continued to decline they offered a higher and higher percent refund or I could send them back on my dime overseas. I finally gave up and accepted 75% refund credit offer and gave away the clothes. However, the credit never arrived on my credit card, and months later I am still trying to collect.

Discussting after months I received a 2nd hand Jacket ,wrong colour,and recycled parcel dodgy address,my Jacket had no tags ,labels or anything,ordered yellow got camel,it took 6 months to get this horrible jacket.Do not buy from Harvey Ridge🤗

Dreadful customer service. Refund difficult. Don’t buy. Very poor quality goods. Don’t match the pictures online.

Do not buy from this “company” yes the price is too good to be true. Pictures are not what you’re going to be getting. Shipping process takes over a month with lots of sus emails along the way. I was suprised it showed up at all… Yep

ordered two “BENSON™ Thermal Leather Jackets” from Havery Ridge. My order confirmation clearly stated “THERMAL LEATHER JACKET.”

What I received was polyester with a printed leather-effect, not leather.

When I contacted support, they did not deny this. Instead, they repeatedly offered partial refunds: first 10%, then 15%, then 20%, then 25%, instead of offering a proper return and full refund.

At one point they told me they do not have a US return address and cannot inspect returns. After I opened a PayPal dispute, they suddenly provided a US return address and changed their story.

I had to file a PayPal case under Item Not as Described to get my money back. PayPal refunded me in full.

Be very careful: the product description now says “leather-effect,” but my order and product title at the time of purchase said leather.

I would strongly recommend using PayPal or a credit card if you order from this store

Scam. I placed an order and I paid the full amount. They have never shipped the items. They were replying with generic excuses (probably AI) to my question about the shipping. after 1 month without any progress I asked for cancellation and refund. They disappeared and didn’t return my money.

Company says they are U.S. Based and that they started the business in NYC. The fact is it is secretly a Chinese manufacturer you are dealing with so a total lie and scam. Never got my products. Ordered weeks ago and they show they're still in China. Tracking number is suspicious and keeps changing. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

Unlike many reviews on here I ordered a Snowball Jacket from Havery Ridge and it arrived relatively quickly, it was the correct size and colour, all labels were intact and the communication while in transit was, if anything, annoyingly frequent. I'll wait to see how long it lasts but for the price I have no issues with my purchase.

Please contact your bank like I did or your payment processor do not try get refund from scammers bad experience and I got lucky open dispute reviews also not look people that bought

I’m out a lot of money and stuck with poorly made frocks. Tried for months to get a refund but it will never come. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. Read all the reviews, their experiences are all the same as mine.

Sent back 2 coats to Germany using address they provided (I paid postage) they say they can’t find them…been going on for over a month! Do not buy anything from them! I’m sure I’m out the postage and cost of coats! They are total scam! Read reviews before you buy! I have learned my lesson. Avoid at all cost!!!

The quality of the products is terrible. There are no Havery Ridge labels not even a care label of what material is used or how to clean the product. The items were not as advertised but a cheap substandard material and cut. I requested a refund as per their terms and conditions and they don't answer and email addresses bounce back and any service has disappeared.

The bianca shirt has this crisp but comfy feel that just works for everyday wear. I ironed it lightly once and it stayed neat the whole day, no weird creasing. Honestly a great basic.

Delivery was fine. Nothing early nothing late. What stood out is how they fold stuff properly with no annoying deep creases. Sleeves were a little long for me but not a big deal. Still a decent experience overall.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! If I could give no stars, I would!
My dad ordered a coat at the beginning of January - it never arrived. I chased for him then tried to cancel the order. During this time, my Dad died at the beginning of March, so I asked Julia to cancel the order as now he's passed he won't need the coat. She seemed helpful but TEN months of back and forth, then silence, and me chasing and still no resolve! The coat arrived months after Dad died, which was of no use to my Mum. I wanted to return it and they offered for me to keep it and they will refund 50% - that never happened. Obviously Dad's accounts had to be closed and as the executor, I asked for the refund to be put in my account - that didn't happen either after months of chasing. They are jokers, constantly giving you the run around. Only recently Julia offered to send another item from their website for the value of 120% of the original order. I chose some shoes, then she asked me to pay the shipping cost. Several emails of me asking what the shipping cost would be and they now tell me the order and refund has been closed! A complete waste of time. WORST company I've ever dealt with! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
