I ordered my wedding dress from Have Dress Store on April 19th. I paid for a stated 4-week delivery timeframe, meaning it should have arrived around May 17th. This timeline was crucial to allow a safety buffer for standard bridal steaming, adjustments, and fittings before my wedding date.

Instead, the shop experienced fabric procurement issues. While supply chain problems happen, their shifting timelines were incredibly stressful. On May 22nd, I was assured the situation was "completely under control" and would be shipped express. By May 28th, it still had not been sent out. I messaged them three separate times expressing my growing anxiety, explicitly warning them that a late delivery would eliminate my window of time to handle standard garment preparation.

The dress finally arrived late in the afternoon on Monday, June 1st—six weeks after my order date and a mere three days before my wedding.Upon unpacking it, the bottom of the dress looked off, fell in a strange shape, and the folds in the skirt were entirely warped. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed the issues, stating the skirt simply needed to be professionally steamed and reshaped because the horsehair braid and crinoline hem were bent from being packed in the box.

While that might be normal for transit, Have Dress Store completely ignored the reality of their own 2-week delay. The dress arrived on a Monday evening, the upcoming Thursday was a public holiday, and my wedding was Friday morning. Because of their delay, it was literally impossible for me to find a local bridal shop or tailor available to steam, reshape, and fix a warped gown on such short notice. I was left with no usable time and was forced to buy an entirely separate, last-minute backup dress just to have something to wear.

The dress itself is beautiful, but the customer service is unacceptable. They breached their paid delivery deadline by two weeks, yet they refuse to take any responsibility. They denied a return, refused to offer even a partial refund for missing the deadline, and ignored my request to escalate the case to a supervisor.

They expect the customer to bear 100% of the financial burden for a timeline failure that they caused. If you have a strict deadline or are ordering for a wedding, do not risk using this shop.

Wow! This dress completely exceeded my expectations. It fits like a glove and is incredibly high quality. It looks even better in person than I ever imagined. I am beyond pleased with both the dress and the customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived quickly before my event.

It’s genuinely hard these days to find dress companies that aren’t simply reselling or drop-shipping low-quality products you can find on Temu or Alibaba. This company is different, as they truly handmake their dresses, and it shows. I tried on dresses from several other companies, and this one is a diamond while the others look like rocks by comparison. What impressed me most is that this company clearly takes pride in what they do. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of the dress make it obvious that it was made with care. Their communication was sincere, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality dress made by people who genuinely care about their customers and their work.

Amazing dress! Good quality and design

I am very satisfied! The sizes are perfect and exactly as expected. The service was friendly and very quick. The dress is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

The dress is perfect, with exact measurements and arrived within the timeframe indicated. Very happy!

- Paula dress: top of the dress was sticking out, was not clung to the chest, arms and breast which means there was some mistakes in sewing - measures I’ve shared were OK, I was also confirming with service being afraid if will match perfect (at the end does not look lean and as on pictures). If you order with measures for your measures, you do it to match perfectly - My boobs were sticking out and I was not feeling confident,

- I was waiting too long. I oderded delivery in 4 weeks and after 4 weeks passed I wrote to the team and they shipped products after 1 week from my message (more or less). This created a bit of anxiety of my side.
+ despite of delivery time help was fast and kind.

The dress is supposedly tailored to your measurements, which you are required to submit before purchase. Given the price and the fact that you need to provide full-body measurements (from shoulders to skirt length), I expected the dress to fit well. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed — none of the parts of the dress fit properly. The back is gaping, the armholes are too tight under the arms, the neckline flips outward at the top and pulls tightly across the bust, making it look flattened. The skirt is extremely wide and makes the figure look larger. I’m curious to see how the company will handle this.

My dress is exactly what I wanted and is beautifully crafted! The dressmakers were receptive and kind and understood my vision on the first go. I’m a big woman and have struggled to feel beautiful in gowns, but this custom sized piece made me truly feel like a beautiful bride.
