Received my bag after 9 months, after lot of follow up.
But after seeing the bag the wait was worth it. They do deliver though late

Please don’t get trapped in this scam. They just take the order and don’t deliver it. There is no customer care support to guide us. Horrible. I need someone to guide me with the consumer forum where I shall lodge a complain against the scam they are doing and fooling people around.

They don’t reply after taking the order, they don’t reply to emails, they don't pick calls, nor do they give any updates
Its been weeks since i placed the order
They haven’t shipped it
They don't reply at all

Please do not waste your money on these cheats. I trusted because they used the actress Preity Zinta’s name and picture as their brand ambassador. I ordered few products and never received them. Its been 3 months now. Before you make the payment , they will be super active and call or message you promptly. Once you place the order, they stop responding completely to the emails, messages or calls. They are online on whatsapp but will read your message and choose to ignore. Cheats!!

Pathetic, its been three months my bag is not delivered. They don’t reply on email calls, wtapp.
Please don’t buy our hard earn money is wasted.
While taking money we immediately do, but we have no idea about our purchase.

I had ordered a bag over 3 months ago and I have not received it till date. The customer care department is pathetic and they do not respond to message or emails. Please do not waste your money, time and energy on this website

Fraudulent company, beware, everyone. I placed my order in July and haven’t received my order yet. Neither have I received a refund. I am unable to contact customer support, and this is very frustrating. I am sure they just take the money and do not deliver. Don’t be swayed by the five-star reviews; most of them seem to be fake. Check the one-star reviews; mostly, all have faced the same issue as I have. I placed the order and haven’t received it, neither got the refund. It’s a waste of my money.

Guys please don’t buy from this website. They are extremely unprofessional & their customers support is non existent. They list product on the website (all the orders are prepaid) & they vanish with the money. There is no communication after that. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE FRAUD

I just got that also checked with the Delhi Store of Jimmy choo. I got the store receipt also from their team. I am supper happy with my collection. Thank you guys. I will recommend this website to all.

They took 1.5 laks as payment. Delivery was promised in 6 weeks. No delivery after 10 weeks. Not responding. Not refunding. They r thieves. Scamsters

Getting through to your support staff in Delhi is next to impossible. Watsapp msgs are not replied to for days ,till then you loose the deals 🙄. Earlier deliveries were early and on time ,this time I received my order after 10 weeks.No emails where can write or ask for help ,no tracker of your product delivery. You need to tighten your shoes and employees very upsetting this time .
