Amazing service, I have been so impressed with the quality and range of products. My parcel was dispatched quickly, there were a few delays because of the weather but that’s just Royal Mail. The perfume was packaged beautifully and came very padded, I can get up to 8 hours of wear out of the fragrance. For a small business, Haus of Hecate are perfect. Not only is the turn-around prompt, but their communication is brilliant. I've not experienced any delays, but have received emails on the safe-side just to prepare for any delays that might have happened.

We visited The Goth’s Playground, and Victoria was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained and let me test every scent, and the quality and variety of product was amazing. Each name paired perfectly to the smell, and each scent had a story behind it. We purchased ‘Cathedral’ and ‘Familiar’ perfumes, as well as ‘Coven’ diffuser, and I look forward to using them. I highly recommend the shop, and all of the scents are wonderfully unique.

This is my second order from this lovely brand and I'm thrilled. I bought a full size bottle of Lupercalia as I received a sample bottle from my first pervious order and it's BEAUTIFUL! There is a lovely soft, coconut note with Lupercalia andceach time I moved slightly, whether it was to turn my head or bend over to pick something up I could catch a gorgeous whiff of this gorgeous scent! My order was wrapped beautifully in black tissue paper and box securely. The lady owner of Haus of Hecate Victoria has the most fabulous customer service. She asked me what samples I would like to try and said she would do her best to include them with my order and she did! Victora, your customer service is exceptional! Bought a gift for my daughter, a beautiful scented perfume set. Easy to order online, kept up-to-date with my order and received the gift quickly. This is my daughter's favourite site and the products are fantastic. The perfume set I bought for her, where so aromatic with a scent I have never smelt before. A gift that is unique and well worth the money.

My order was delivered with one perfume broken sadly due to the logistics team being heavy handed, Victoria rectified this immediately and sent out replacements, the scents I ordered (southern gothic & midsummer) are absolutely gorgeous! I have been buying perfume from Haus of Hecate for a little while now and its the only perfume I wear! The fragrances are so unique and the descriptions are on point. The parcels are always packaged beautifully too, its truly like opening a carefully wrapped gift!
