Shipment came to the house undamaged. However, with the tub faucet assembly, item "J" (alignment pin) was missing from the Moen faucet box. This is not the fault of Hausera. However, I would have expected more from Moen.

Shower installation

UPDATE: as soon as I posted my review a representative of Hausera reached out to me to resolve the issue. They expedited another tub to me just in time for our remodel, which is currently underway! The tub is gorgeous and I thought it was great that the company resolved my issue so quickly and without question. So happy I can update this review with good new!

I hope to update this review soon but I never received a tracking number after I received confirmation of my purchase. My husband called to see how long the item would take to arrive since we need it for a bathroom remodel, we were told 5-6 business days. It’s been 11 days and still no update, he called again for an update and was given the tracking number. Now we have to try and track our VERY expensive purchase down through UPS. Not really happy at the moment and our bathroom remodel is scheduled to start next week!
