Beware of unexpected duty charges
Worldwide site, have to choose which country you are in. Easy to navigate. Easy to order. Ordered the stetson Rutherford at £169 . Received email saying any custom charges would be dealt with. I had to pay £76 custom charges before Royal mail would deliver. Still waiting for my promised refund . Overall delivery took 14 days , appeared to come from France even though Hatshopping is a German company I believe.
Responses to me emails rather slow at times.
Their Facebook messenger service is nonexistent.

Quality of hat material is good except the sweatband lining wasnt fully sewn in, the sweatband trim colour styling to a drab grey not as the advertised brown
Not perfect but honest and reliable
I bought two different size pentaville stetson hats from hatshopping.co.uk as I wasn't sure what size was correct for me.
Unfortunately as they were shipped from the EU when they arrived in the UK I was obliged to pay customs duty on them. When I realised this I emailed Hatshopping and was told by Domenico there to pay the customs fee and they would reimburse me.
I was skeptical of this situation and reluctantly agreed and paid the duty at my local postoffice. Afterwards I emailed hatshopping.co.uk with the details and they promised to reimburse me via PayPal within a few days, which they did.
After receiving the hats I wasn't happy with the style so had to return and a similar situation occurred with the returns, where I was obliged to pay and the hatshopping.co.uk reimbursed me the payment, which again I was skeptical of but agreed to and hatshopping.co.uk held up their side of the agreement.
After all this I bought another hat from them after some advise from Domenico on style via amazon which arrived without hassle and was perfect.
All in all hatshopping.co.uk clearly have room for improvement in how they deal with UK sales, but cannot be faulted for actually being true to their word. Whilst the person with my issues was excellent, my only complaint would be sometimes having to wait up to 48hrs for a response, which was frustrating given the circumstances I described.
All that said, I've successfully bought two stetson hats from hatshopping.co.uk through their amazon store now without a hiccup and I would certainly buy from them again, with a deserved level of trust that should things go wrong they will be true to their word.

Great hat but dreadful communication on exchanges
Great hat, arrived professionally packaged in sustainable materials and great quality.
However, it was the wrong size. The returns process is unclear and confusing. Turns out that the company is in Germany so after a lot of digging about returns go to a logistics company in the Midlands. They are great, super helpful. Now 5 WEEKS after my hat arrived with the logistics company, it turns out Hatshopping will only collect returns/exchanges when there are enough to make it worth their while. My hat is on pallete 3 and they won't collect until there are 5 palletes full.
Wouldn't buy from them again unless sizing wasn't important. A real shame, this really lets them down.

Unsatisfactory returns process.
I ordered two hats from hatshopping and I want to return one of them. Their website states "you can return it to us within 100 days of receiving it, free of charge". Under "legal notices" the return address is clearly shown as Kettering, U.K. However, after printing the return label it gives a German return address and it appears that I personally now have to pay an estimated £19 to return a hat worth £22.95. How can this be correct?

Doesn’t deserve even a one start, UK domain but operations managed from Germany.
Took 23 days just to know that my replacement cap won’t arrive as I have exceeded their return deadline.
I did everything on time but due to misinformation on their website (that only accept returns for German sales) I had to enquire it from their customer service by email and phone(never picked up) , whole process took days and when I finally posted the item by paying money from my pocked they said sorry we can’t send you a new item and have to return your money.
I am still waiting for a refund for the postage I paid.

German company, no issues
I bought a hat from this company having lost one that I had bought in Prague, so I knew the quality of the product already. The company is based in Germany, so having read the poor reviews here I purchased through my Amazon account.
The company emailed me to confirm shipping etc explaining the time frame as coming from Europe. Royal Mail emailed to say they were expecting my order and let me know when they had received it in the uk. It took about ten days to arrive but this was what I expected.
I haven’t had to use customer services or anything so can’t comment. But I was very pleased with the service, you just have to be prepared for the wait.

This company is impossible to get hold of. I have tried calling them several time and I kept being disconnected. If I’ve read their reviews prior to ordering. I would not place my order.
I would never recommend this business to anyone. Their delivery says 5-7 working days and still not receive.

I'm sure it said free returns when I was shopping but now I have received 2 hats which would barely fit a child it now looks as if postage back to German is at my cost.
Reply from seller not true for goods received in the UK at least.
Goods were returned to their UK 3PL on 05/02/2025 and they still haven't acknowledged receipt on 20/02/25.

The Veramon Ear Warmers are terrible
I purchased the Veramon Ear Warmers and, honestly, this is the worst product I’ve bought in a long time.
They’re so expensive for what they are, and they’re so itchy. Oh, and they absolutely don’t keep your ears warm.
Save your money folks, a cheap pair on Amazon will be better.

However, I ordered a Eisbar Ski Hat 30th December and it was delivered to myself in UK 8th January. Packaged extremely well and aesthetically with tissue paper. Product is excellent. I can only tell you as it is. Delightfully surprised.

Appalling
Appalling. Delivery was fast enough but return was painful. None of the instructions about return on the web worked. Filled the form via their return portal, got a returning label with code, which was supposed to be a prepaid label according to their instructions. Then again followed the instructions, took the parcel to post office, didn't work, took to DHL, didn't work, took to DPD, didn't work. I had to contact them and was told I had to pay for the postage first, then they would refund. I got refund 3 weeks later.
Delivery took 12 days
Delivery took 12 days, despite their website stating express delivery will be no more than 5 days by DPD. They did not offer to refund the delivery charges until I suggested they should. Please do not use them, as you will be disappointed on delivery.
