Its fake site , don't believe any product on this site . It's trap for normal people, even they won't refund your money. Simply they will ask everything about transaction ID but they will simply play with normal people so I'm giving warning it's total trap. Don't purchase anything from that site.

I had placed and order on 16 Jan 2024 and the order was placed and even I got the confirmation message but till now I haven't received yet the item which I have ordered . I message the them through wats app but they don't dear to reply my message instead they just ignored my chat. I was wandering why they accept my order if they can't deliver instead they could have rejected my order. It's just horrible to wait

For the First Time i was much worried about the quality of the product. But once I Received I loved the product and suggested to my friends. I have made two orders within a month. It may look costly but it is worth for the price. You can trust them. If you have done a prepaid payment on the date they promised you Will Receive the product but if it is cash on deliver you have to wait till the standard delivery date even if you have opted for rush delivery. But I think thats fine because the product is awesome❤️

Scam. Do not buy.

Fraud Business.
Never ever buy seeing their website or ads, no product from them satisfy the discription.
Very poor quality products described as premium.
Never think that they will in any way entertain you after the sale, their after sale policy is, "no return or exchange even if the customer's grievance is genuine ".
They are purposefully selling bad, used or even defective products, once you buy it you are trapped.
No place for a discussion atleast.
Better buy from a Shop, might cost a 100/- extra. That's far better than spending 200 for a cheap 50/- buck phone case.

The business does not refund money even after a week. Big mistake to order from such a company.

Very upset with the product. They delivered me a different color.

Fraud company, they purposely send defective products & if you try to return they will give you half money.

I placed order# 1042028 with The Hatke. Products ordered are 1ea Black Silicone Case For Oneplus 6 ₹199, 1ea Guard Your Oneplus 6 Camera Lens ₹40 and 1ea Black Nylon Strap For Apple Iwatch 42mm44mm Rs 279.29. I paid ₹518.40 for the total order. The order was shipped through Smartr logistics AWB No. : 62828871. I have only received the Apple Watch strap, but the Oneplus 6 case and camera lens guard was missing. Upon complaining to The Hatke customer service. I got reply back from them to send unboxing video. I didn’t take any unboxing video as the order value is too less, usually I do it for high value orders, but instead I have sent the packaging photo which shows that the packaging was such that it cannot fit all three products, it is a very small packet in which the strap was packed. The Hatke Cust service person refused to entertain the claim without an unboxing video. The webpage looked legit so I dint check Cust feedback online but I am seeing several customer complains including about refunds. I think this is an unreliable company which is doing business by frauding customers.
