Great quality products and amazing customer service. The team at HatchHub have been extremely helpful answering all my questions via WhatsApp. The hatches were delivered next day and I was able to return one of them when realised I got the dimensions wrong. Will use them again in the future

Excellent quality and workmanship
Excellent quality and workmanship. Ordered bespoke size, quick delivery very securely packaged. So pleased with my hatch, so helpful before placing the order. This is the third hatch I have ordered from HatchHub, they have supplied a standard wall hatch, tile hatch and floor hatch, so pleased with them all. Highly recommend. Nothing is too much, patient, helpful and friendly.

Concept good. One hatch was easy to.deal with, but the other was challenging because there was a suspended basin fame behind. NOT the fault of the hatch.

Easy to use website and order followed up with a phone call to double check the size ordered. Quick delivery. HatchHub product offered a solution for quick access to pipes under the sink without spoiling the look of the tiled front panel.
