I had my exosome treatment at Hash Clinics and was totally disappointed and surprised by the procedure. The doctor never showed me if the needles were brand new or what they were filled with; it was their word vs visual representation. There was no explanation before the procedure began. Exosomes are normally injected from the hairline to the crown, but she never even touched my hairline. It was a total ripoff!

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Hash Clinic today. After the consultation, I purchased three PRP sessions for 25,000 and paid in full. What followed was completely unacceptable.
When it was time for the blood draw, the staff member assigned to lacked the skill to handle patients with thin veins. I had already informed them about my vein issues, yet they still went ahead and “experimented” on me, like their "lab rat" k kahin se tu bllod nikal aye. They inserted the needle twice and even moved it around inside my vein, causing sharp pain. I had to tell them to stop because it was unbearable. Only then did they finally call a more qualified nurse in blue scrubs (and he too was temporary, he didn't work over there), and he drew my blood in seconds. That is exactly the level of competence I expected from the beginning.
I had already been waiting for nearly two hours. Even after my blood was finally ready for the PRP procedure, I still had to wait because Dr. Kiran was attending to other patients. The entire clinic felt unorganized, understaffed, and overwhelmed.
When Dr. Kiran eventually came into the room, I told her that I am unhappy with the painful failed blood draw attempts and the long waiting time. There she lost it completely, instead of listening, she immediately became defensive & tried to gaslight me. She dismissed my experience by saying her staff draws blood from other patients without any issues, implying the problem was with me. Her response felt extremely invalidating and gaslighting. Rather than addressing my concerns, she simply walked out and said she could not proceed.
I left feeling humiliated and completely drained. Three hours of my time were wasted and I received nothing in return. Based on this experience, I have no intention of ever returning to this clinic.
