Menopausal symptoms & being listened to.
After suffering for months and months with brain fog, irritability and moods swings, sudden and unexplainable crying, headaches and aches and pains. I set up an appointment with Dr Becky at myGP Clinic. Dr Becky conducted a thorough assessment, asking me lots of open questions to delve into what I was experiencing and how I was feeling. He carried out a number of health checks, including my blood pressure; reviewing my medical history and asking about my lifestyle. After the various assessments we discussed HRT, the various types of HRT, the potential side affects, risks and benefits.
It was a very collaborative approach; I had the time I needed to express how I was feeling, I felt listened to and comfortable throughout. I left the consultation knowing that the HRT I had been prescribed was a first step in returning to the normal me. I noticed a difference within weeks and had regular follow up reviews to check progress. I have recently changed the type of HRT I am using, based on my feedback of how I was feeling and the symptoms I was having, which is working wonders.
I would recommend any woman who is feeling any Menopausal symptoms, or other women's health issues to reach out to myGP Clinic. The service I have experienced has really made a huge difference to how I face the Menopause and deal with it, without it negatively impacting my life.

Quick referral letter needed
I needed a referral letter and was given an appointment
with Dr. Nav, he made me feel at ease and most importantly he listened to me and was very knowledgeable about my rare illness, unlike my NHS GP with whom I was really struggling to get appointments and support.
All the doctors and staff are brilliant, this is my second year of membership and worth every penny!

The Harvey Rhys clinic is the best decision I have made for me and my family all year! All the doctors are incredibly personal and you never feel rushed. Lucy in the concierge was incredible with sorting out all our referrals and getting them booked in. The phone is always answered promptly and I can always get a same day appointment. without Dr Steve the world would be a very scary place, he listens, you never feel hurried or an inconvenience, you can park! yes a revelation in itself. They do what they say they are going to! and ready for it....answer the phone! this is how a GP should be run.

Dr Steve has exceeded his mission “to change the individual experience of healthcare”.
From the moment you telephone, which is answered within four rings by helpful people, to being greeted the next day for your appointment by Eleri who always remembers you,it is seamless.
Lisa,the nurse actually visited the house to carry out the annual health check.
Yes you read that right-a home visit.
The last time that happened was in the 60s when I was a child!
Dr.Steve and Dr.Tim listen to concerns and give clear explanations.
So reassuring and a great decision to join.

This is a fabulous service
This is a fabulous service. There is an understanding by the doctors that there is a will and the time necessary to sort out issues. You are back in control of your health and they are steering it in the right direction. All concerns are discussed and checked out. Appointments are available as you need. Staff are helpful, respectful and friendly. Best money I have spent this year.

A shining example of how healthcare should be
This is a shining example of how healthcare should be delivered. Enquiries are answered quickly and professionally. Doctors are available either face to face or by phone whichever is preferred. My own recent case: a phone call resulted in appointment that morning. Successful diagnosis then referral to imaging that afternoon and a consultant was then seen within days. Overall experience of admin, nursing and doctors all excellent and joining HarveyRhys was one of the best decisions we made. Highly recommended.

Trust and Confidence
The team at HarveyRhys are a breath of fresh air. When using any company the words “trust” and “confidence” are usually top of the list of reasons why you would engage with a business. The team have both by the bucketful! I cannot recommend the clinic more highly, the level of care is second to none, from the speed of appointments to the diagnosis and subsequent follow up are attributes that the NHS no longer possess.

Harvey Rhys - excellent experience
The whole team at Harvey Rhys are welcoming, thoroughly professional, kind, caring and empathetic.
It's wonderful and re-assuring to be able to get an appointment when you need one and to see the same doctor each time. I've seen Dr. Coogan on a few occasions he listens, he takes time to explore issues with you, to explain medication or the outcome of tests. The whole experience at Harvey Rhys is excellent.

Deciding to join The HarveyRhys Private GP Clinic, was honestly one of the best decisions I have made.
Each time I book an appointment, I am not disappointed, the phone is answered quickly and the Clinical team are so reassuring and efficient.
I am able to book an appointment to suit my schedule and have always been able to see a GP face to face which is marvellous, this day and age!
