Purchase and delivery

Well l purchased my goods in November 2025 and was clearly informed that delivery will be mid January 2026 because of the then back-log.l received my goods on the promised dates,also pleased with the delivery service, very professional.

Really terrible to be completely honest; we waited 10 days with no update on the order or when it will be delivered so I called the shop to be told they made a mistake and they will send one out that day, three days later no order so we called again and they said it would take a further 7 days… so we ended up going to the shop (we don’t have a car hence why the delivery was vital for the order) and we collected it ourselves, I wasn’t refunded the delivery or anything.

I bought a couch last march and it collapsed so I went back to the Tallaght store and the assistant manager David sorted me out as it was still within warranty. I had my new couch within 2 days. Well what can I say, the proof is in the pudding, their after sales service is 2nd to none, absolutely outstanding service from this young man who made us feel very welcomed and like our custom mattered.

Great service when buying a phone staff were very helpful in Harvey Norman in tallaght couldn't fault them , bought online and picked the phone up in store and they had the screen protector on the phone in no time.

Although my order was not delivered on time, I still want to thank the delivery staffs for being so kind and lovely. ☺️

I bought a Moby Sofa a year ago with Harvey Norman. What I got was not the same as the floor model. It’s one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever sat on, they sent out a technician who did measurements and stated the sofas were the same but I can tell you they are not- whatever the uoholstery used in the one I got is not the same as thefloor model so now we have two sofas on a room that we don’t sit on and 2000 euro down - dont buy this Moby range it’s awful - Harvey Norman didn’t want to know

Worst service, they are handling the tools carelessly and damaging the walls and doors, creating a mess inside it. Didn’t fix the furniture properly. Not professionally handling the service.

They left with the connection to the water pipe not tightened so there was a leak

I found all the staff from being to end very friendly, helpfull and very experienced a pleasure to shop with Harvey Norman

Purchased online a small coffee machine for a xmas present. It was not the correct type so returned ot to the store in Airton road tallaght. Gave my details and order number and left the item with a staff member who said I would be refunded. No confirmation after a week so got in touch with customer service and explained everything. Now 2 weeks later I get a return label delivered by DPD. This amounts to incompetence. All the details and explanation are in my emails!!!!
Got a positive response ftom a kindly member of staff in Harvey Norman today who immediately processed my refund.

I still haven’t been contacted regarding my issue with my private information being shared with a previous employee despite being told on this platform numerous of times that they will look into this issue and contact me, it’s very concerning to think i can just be ignored and overlooked

Very fast delivery date and time. Bought the fridge freezer on Sunday delivered on Tuesday. Delivery guys very helpful and friendly. Very professional. 10/10 for service. Best experience I’ve had with a company in a long time

Terrible experience to be honest... I paid for delivery and assembly of my couch. But the delivery guy said he was only asked to deliver it (no installation). I asked him to double check with his office, but he said its my job to call them up. I had to take a day off from work to endure this shit show.. After the deliveryman left I called their office in Tallaght and the staff confirmed I indeed paid for the assembly, and they told me the guy will return back to assemble it... I waited for another hour or more... The guy never returned..I called there office again and the staff said the delivery guys are busy and won't be coming today and rescheduled to another day... Long story short.. Offically worst day of this year so far...

Ordered a tv on 1st of January via the website, today is 12th of January and still haven't received it! It is a gift, and the fact the order wasn't delivered on time has created a bad situation. The store support is very poor, I have been given two different tracking codes but no TV! I'm starting to feel robbed (of money and time to sort this out!). Avoid the online site.

Ordered for collection and the product was ready to collect the very next day.
