Really poor experience, purchased item, was charged, order confirmed, received collection email, was about to leave home to collect the item and received a phone call stating the item was not available and no more were available, no explanation as to why etc.. Extremely disappointing customer experience.

Product delivered intact and on time precisely as ordered. I would normally collect an order in store but now quite happy to order online when time is tight!

My order for a microwave took a week and a half to arrive in store. Upon ordering, I knew it wouldn't be available to collect in my chosen store. Shortly after i completed my order, I receive a call from the store saying that it wasnt in stock and they would have to order it in from another store. It would take 3-5 days. I was ok with that. A week passed and I heard no more until I decided to contact Harvey Norman via website to see where my order was at. Again, shortly afterwards, I received a call from the store apologising for the delay offering to deliver to my home for free but as I wasnt always available at home and lived close to the store, I declined and I was promised it would be in store within 2-3 days. Following this call, the order was available in store as promised. Upon collection, the store kindly helped me bring my order to my car.

I had an excellent experience with Abhi. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and is a real credit to LoveTech.

Arrived when scheduled, very professional, unpacked, took away the packing, even fixed a HN product id recently bought there was a problem with so very happy with the service thanks to Brendan and Tyrone

The delivery was done in less than 2 days after purchase. They provided a 2 hour delivery window, and delivered fuss free. The delivery guys even put the legs on the sofa for me, and took away all the cardboard. Great service!

Very easy experience to buy online & quick checkout.

Product I bought was a MacBook Air 2025 and it was as-is and at advertised price. Great! However, when selecting the MacBook Air they had a prompt above the pricing saying "Don't forget your charger" even though the product had a charger included, which is misleading. The 70W charger They prompted costs €65. They also have in the specs list "Charging case included" and when I enquired what that was I was told in-store upon collection "that stuff is just copied and pasted around and it's always wrong". Not ideal really. I'd still buy from Harvey Norman again but will be a little more vigilant and suspicious about what I'm buying next time.

I did an online order, the ease of collecting was fantastic. Was in and our in about a minute no hassle no delays. The woman who served me the item was so lovely and friendly really stood out as good customer service.

I didn’t know Harvey Norman before, but I made my first purchase online and went to the store for Click & Collect. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

The service was excellent, very fast, and well organized. The employee who assisted us was extremely polite and kind, and quickly handled our collection process, making everything easy and pleasant.

I’m definitely a customer now and will be shopping there again. Highly recommended!
