Harvey Norman Ireland - Little Island Omdömen 

Contacted apple regarding issue with AirPods. Directed me to Lovetech Harvey Norman, Little Island. Got service date/time - handed them in for review of issue. Contacted them twice over a week to get updated, no update back. Finally rang me, told me that had to be replaced or pay standing charge. Gave me no information on what the problem was, zero insight and had no choice but to pay charge getting no insight in return. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend.

For years buying things with harvey norman little island near Cork. In last year I spend there around 8k€+. Few days ago i bought nice amount of the items in there including the 20m cable for 50€. It turned out that 10m would be long enough. Went to the store today and asked for possibility to exange it for smaller one. Had the proof of the purchase, cable wasn't even used [connected only once]. Because I didn't have a plastic bag with a sticker for it, they refused to exchange it. Because of this huge issue. I didn't even ask for money difference return,just to keep it fair. But no, rules are rules... Had to pursache new one for extra 27€ So from now on my rule will be to keep as far as possible from this amazing store (all your stores) even I would have to pay double somewhere else... Bought a tv and soundbar but tv did not have optical connections so they did not match when setting up at home. When I went back the guys could not be more helpful and very apologetic. Thanks for the help from Donal and jordan

I bought a washing machine today in your Little Island store and was looked after by David, he went out of his way in so many ways to help me and had knowledge on every aspect of every machine I enquired about. He is such an asset to the store . I always buy in that store but from now on I will look for David each time. Thanks again David you did everything you could to help us today. Clare Swanton

I ordered my items online and had them delivered the next morning.
I couldn't ask for more.

Bought some Ear buds online, despite the promise of confirmation within 2 hours for stock items, none came. Called to the store and of course they were willing to sell to me, when I informed them that I had bought them online, they tried to take them back off me. Apparently the order had not been processed by them. Eventually I got my buds, after a needless delay.

I ordered a kettle and a microwave and I received a toaster and a microwave, I'm very disappointed

Very happy with new printer. Purchased using click and collect and it was available for collection quite quickly.
Surprised that staff member was slow to accept the old printer and lead for recycling. Perhaps inexperienced.

Easy to order.
Prompt service. Good price.
Will shop again here.

On 01/05/25, I returned my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro to the Lovetech team at Harvey Norman due to two issues: a persistent high-pitched noise when noise cancelling was enabled, and very low volume overall. I was assured by staff that the product was under warranty and would be sent out for inspection, with a turnaround time of 1 to 2 weeks.

By 16/05/25, having received no updates, I emailed the Lovetech team directly. I received no response.

On 24/05/25, I returned to the store in person as I had still not heard from anyone. At the service desk, staff retrieved my file and printed a report showing that the inspection had actually been completed on 07/05/25—yet no one had contacted me. More concerning, the report listed the only customer issue as "not working," which is inaccurate and suggests a lack of attention when logging the details I provided. The inspection also incorrectly claimed that the issue was related to the charging magnet and that the product was out of warranty, with a quoted repair cost of €120.

I clarified that the product was in warranty and that the issues recorded were not reflective of what I reported. The staff member said he would contact the repair team to explain the situation and follow up with me.

By 05/06/25, still having heard nothing, I returned to the store once again. After re-explaining the issue, a staff member brought out a set of headphones that weren’t even mine. He apologized for the mix-up and promised to follow up and get back to me by the end of the day.

It’s now 06/06/25 and I still haven’t received any contact or update regarding my headphones.

This experience has been deeply frustrating. The lack of communication, inaccurate record-keeping, and repeated failures to follow up reflect poorly on both the Lovetech service and Harvey Norman. I’ve been left completely in the dark for over a month, and each visit to the store results in more confusion. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

We bought a Whirlpool tumble dryer a year ago from Harvey Norma and it just has not worked properly, despite us giving it more than a fair chance. Harvey Norman arranged for a Whirlpool technician to come out to assess and he told us that both the boards in the machine needed to be replaced. We told Harvey Norman we would really prefer just to swap the machine out for another make. Mary took this into her capable hands and sorted it all out for us, she was brilliant!

Selected click and collect to the car for a tv and followed all the instructions. Waiting over 30 minutes and went into the shop to be advised click and collect to the car wasn’t an option for tvs. This information would have been more helpful upfront.

Machine delivered at 8.50am- even 10 minutes ahead of schedule
The 2 Delivery men were most professional and careful with the removal of the old Washing Machine and the Delivery/ Installation of the new machine.The new machine was plumbed efficiently and professionally. Delighted that the delivery men removed all the packing etc before departing.
No hesitation in awarding 5 Stars for their care and professionalism.

Friendly and efficient technicians

Hi, the one star is for customer service/scam promoted by the shop. We bought Haier wasing machine in December 2024 as winter promotion! Promotion 300euro cash back! Which we have never received. Its on the way...from January! Customer service promises to ring back and help with the haier issue, but in reality nothing doing at all. We bought the washing machine in Harvery Norman, the shop was doing the winter offer! And we were scammed, no money back at all...just fake promises.

I have changed from 1 to 3stars as after the opinion I was contacted by Harvey Norman. The customer service from Haier (cantacted by email) started be more helpfull too. The money were refunded. It took way longer than expected (5 months longer)!

The employee was very courteous and professional. The wait time was minimal.

I left my phone fall and as the screen smashed I couldn't unlock screen and open phone or get all my data. I bought a new phone and Ben in electrical services was fantastic and managed to retrieve all my data and set up my new phone in a short space of time. He was very friendly and polite as well.

I ordered Click and Collect. It was simple. I got an email saying the item was ready less than 12 hours from ordering. I went to the store and it was ready for me. No queuing, no hassle.
