My receipt was emailed to another person. I sent an email to get this rectified and have heard nothing back since. The info on the delivery docket sticker did not match my details on the purchase order form. Overall not happy with this information breach

Easy to order product on click and collect. Disappointed that a new product wasn't available but agreed to take the display product instead. Mark was geat to deal with while we collected our item. Received an advance call to advise us that the product ordered wasn't available and alternative options were explained.

Ordered online easy process chose click and collect because it was expensive item received email when it was ready for collection you can tell them your on your way and they will have order ready there is an option to have brought to your car I went into store click and collect desk not easy to find but found it in the end

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Harvey Norman. I placed an order for a micro SD card and was informed that it had been delivered to my chosen store for collection. Based on that confirmation, I took the time to travel to the store, only to be told upon arrival that there had been a mistake and my order was not actually available.
Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was simply offered a refund or a replacement. While those options might sound reasonable, they don’t make up for the inconvenience and wasted time I experienced making the trip.
This situation could have easily been avoided with better communication and order management. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the service and would expect much better reliability from a retailer of this size.

Only problem was that I went to the…
Only problem was that I went to the collection parking spot, sent text on App that I was there. Nothing happened for 20 minutes so I went into the store. Met an assistant who was very helpful and sorted me out in a couple of minutes.
