I was in Harvey Norman in Limerick to computer I meet shop assistant her name Lily. She's absolutely brilliant, for device I want to buy , first she provide all details about device , she listened what I want, make conversations very easy, very polite and honest young girl. I can say that the service is very satisfying.
I can say that the service is very fast. And I really appreciated their honesty when they called me in advance that the item I ordered was not in good condition and that they gave me other choices. It would have been a hassle returning again the item if it wasn't checked first before sending. Kimberly was so nice. The item arrived one day later than expected but I was still happy receiving the item. The phone is in perfect condition. Would love to order again in the future. Many thanks.

Poor treatment from the delivery staff
They came to install my dishwasher and left it halfway done because the other pipe is blocked. Also, the people who delivered the refrigerator got upset because it had to be taken to the first floor and they dented it in two places.

Great experience!
I bought wall art online snd ordered click and collect. I found the staff to be so helpful and nice when I went to the Limerick store to collect my item. The wall art was even nicer in reality than on the website. It looks absolutely beautiful on the wall and was exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely impressed!
