From my first contact through phone to delivery . The agent on phone was very accommodating and helpful.
Buying online was easy .

I ordered a bed online. Got a call that evening saying bed ready for collection. I asked if it could be collected at Kinsale roundabout rather than little island which i was told no bother it would be there. I went to.cork esoecially on Monday to collect and the bed wasnt there. The manager i dealt with couldnt have cared less. Told me it would be Wed or Thurs which was no good fir me as I wss away on holidays. I asked could they deliver it on Wed as it wss needed for family member at home. Was told no ,there was no delivers my way . So i cancelled my order and he just went along with it,hardly an apology or an attempt to rectify Harvey Normans mistake. Awful poor service. I really could not trust to buy furnirure there again. I felt as a customer i was irelevant and not valued. So why would i give ye my hard earned cash.

Very Pleased, could do with little more instructions, took time to figure it all out, But got there. Recieved everything in package. Plenty rivets, good shovel, must buy handle. Going to buy again for log storage.

The delivery and installation service was excellent. The delivery arrived on time according to the notified schedule. The installation of the plumbing did not go totally to plan due to a missing component in the plumbing but the engineer returned to complete the installation when the component had been purchased. An excellent service was provided voluntarily.

I called your store in Cork with a query about an appliance and Spoke with Lorraine, she was so helpful and polite,I bought the Appliance the next day.

The service couldn’t be better, pro-active contact for back ordered item, responded to all my additional requests and questions + worked around my availability for delivery, driver was great too, strong recommend, only thing that could be improved would be the addition of a WEEE collection option on the order page

Glad that they had the cable i needed

Everything went as described to me at the store: a few days before delivery, I got a text confirming the date of the delivery. On the day of delivery I got a phone call informing me the window for delivery. The installation technician then was above and beyond. He did an excellent job with the integrated dishwasher installation. He also took the packagings. Overall great delivery service.

I bought a range hood for my kitchen. It was supposed to be delivered in four weeks. I've been waiting for over nine weeks now. If I'd known it looked like this, I would have bought it elsewhere.

Easy to purchase online and quick delivery

I have ordered several items from HN over the past few months and they are an excellent store to deal with always.
Your items are delivered in great condition. Their delivery drivers are very professional and courteous when delivering large electrical items and so are the courier services that they use.
I have had no problems with the items I have ordered and used. If there are any issues with any items or availability of same I am contacted immediately.
If I do have to call the store for any reason their staff are super to deal with and they help and accommodate in every way possible. Again courteous and professional!
If you have to return anything you are refunded as quickly as possible.

For all these reasons I return to HN again and again for all my household needs. It has become my ‘go to’ store for items!!!
I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone!

Frances was great to deal with in the Cork store. She gave us so much time and put together a really comprehensive quote for us for appliances for a new build house. She was really helpful talking us through the different brand appliances and the differences between them to help us narrow down what we wanted.

Simple process

Good afternoon, bought a Samsung phone with 24 ultra and insured it I am disabled, I use a wheelchair when I was driving the phone fell out and crashed, and the phone was insured even for scratches, but they demanded another 100 euros from me for repair generally the insurance repair cost as much as half the cost of the phone do not recommend this store they are scammers! The insurance doesn't work! I DON'T ADVISE THIS SHOP!
