Delivery within a few days of order being placed.
A moment of panic when we discovered it was not on the delivery docket that we’d paid for removal of our old mattresses, but delivery guys checked with the store that we’d done so. Delivery in Belfast is contracted out so good communication matters.
Actual delivery and removal of old mattresses was so fast and efficient I was left impressed and breathless.

The delivery men where lovely, very friendly, rang to keep me informed about delivery, respectful and professional, I am delighted with the service received...Staff inside store friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely shop there again in the future,

Mark and Adrian in Harvey Norman were so helpful and flexible given that we changed our minds on a number of occasions. Mark and Clarke, the delivery men, couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable, giving us advice on positioning of furniture etc. 2 gentlemen. We are entirely happy with the service from start to finish.

On the 26/08/26 I ordered JBL Tune 670NC Wireless On-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphone | Blue and I haven’t received the item I have been waiting several weeks for staff Michael to reply to a handful of emails requesting my refund or replacement I still have not received a response.

The delivery drivers were truly professional thought we’d have difficulty getting the sofa in situ upstairs as it was a narrow staircase and a sharp turn at the top but they were in and out with no fuss at all. Very impressed.

Our advisor Laurence was so lovely and helpful. My mum was 84 and wanted a fridge freezer - nothing was too much trouble for him. Great all round. Thank you

We had bought a settee somewhere else and has issues so got a refund and ended up checking out Harvey Norman and we were glad we did. We got talking with Mark who took a lot of time with us to help us find everything we needed and we ended up with a corner sofa and a couple of other items which totalled less than the one settee we had returned from a different shop which is fantastic. Marks extremely knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful and a credit to the store, any time we go back we look for him specifically.

Fast forward 2 years and we had an issue with the foam on our recliner parts of the sofa, Mark advised us to contact guardsman and they came out and said yes the foam had an issue but unfortunately this wasn't covered in their insurance/service. We rang the store and got speaking to someone (unsure who) as Mark was off that day and they told us tough luck as it had been over a year and is outside of any warranty they offered so we advised him we would be taking this further and the guy then decided to be a bit nicer and said oh no no no you have to email here about your sofa first before I could do that. We waited a few days and my husband rang back and got to speak to Mark who was brilliant and had our enquiry dealt with within 10 minutes, he told us that they would sort it for us as this shouldn't have happened within this timeframe and within the next week or 2 a guy came out to our home and completed the repairs there and then which was fabulous.

So thanks again Mark for your knowledge and help it was very much appreciated and we will defo return to this store for any future furniture purchases. I have put the date of our experience as August as it won't let me go back to the purchase date

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Michael at Boucher Road Store, Belfast.

My young adult son has been using the same headphones for almost seven years and is very attached to them because of exactly how they sound and feel. He is autistic, ADHD, has severe learning disabilities and incredibly sensitive hearing and auditory processing, finding headphones that work for him is not as simple as picking another pair off the shelf. Something that sounds perfectly fine to us can sound completely wrong to him.

Unfortunately, his much-loved headphones were starting to break, which was causing him a great deal of upset and distress and meltdowns. Although he had received a new pair for Christmas, no matter how much we tried to adjust the settings and sound through the app, we could not get them anywhere close to his old pair.

We visited the newly opened Harvey Norman on Boucher Road and, after becoming a little overwhelmed trying to work it all out ourselves, Michael, one of the managers, came over to help.

From that moment on, Michael was absolutely incredible. After I explained the situation, he showed such patience, understanding and genuine kindness. He took the time to help my son try different headphones, adjust settings and properly test them using his own favourite YouTube videos and music.

When nothing seemed quite right, I asked if we could go home and bring back both pairs of headphones and the iPad so we could properly compare the sound. Michael immediately said yes and told us to come back.

When we returned, Michael spent almost two hours helping us work through everything. He never rushed us, never made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time and never gave up trying to find a solution.

When it became clear that the Christmas headphones could not be adjusted to sound like the old ones, Michael had another idea. He suggested a pair that he thought might be a close replacement, set them up and even connected them to his own phone so my son could properly test them.

Within a minute, my son's face lit up. They sounded almost exactly like his old headphones, and after a little adjustment, they were perfect!

What stood out most was that Michael genuinely cared about helping my son. We were in the store for a long time, but he remained friendly, patient, kind and understanding throughout. He went far beyond what we expected and made what had become a very stressful and upsetting situation into one of huge relief and happiness.

The new headphones were also on sale, and Michael took the time to explain the warranty and aftercare before making sure they were set up exactly how my son liked them.

My son left relieved, happy and excited, and says all his Disney videos and music now sound perfect and even better than his old earphones.

And Michael has now officially been added to my son's list of “shop friends”! He loves making friends wherever he goes and likes to call in and say hello when we are passing, so that says a lot about how comfortable Michael made him feel and the connection they made that day.

Michael, thank you so very much. The time, patience, kindness and genuine understanding you showed us meant so much. You went above and beyond for my son, and he is already looking forward to seeing one of his new shop friends again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Helpful staff in store and delivery was easy to track and delivery guys were pleasant and left everything tidy.

Really refreshing to have a proper conversation with an industry expert who genuinely knew what they were talking about and had your best interests at heart! Alex made the whole process easy. Dedicated time to understand what I needed and find the best product for me.
