Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish. Prompt messages and replies to all queries. The use of the legalCM app makes communication and uploading of documents extremely easy, 100% better than the old school paper methods.

All communication was done via an app and email therefore eliminating the need to travel to an office to sign documents, this not only saves you time but you can also keep track of how things are progressing which is great. Seamless and professional house sale
Their staff’s conduct, regular communication and professionalism are second to none. The application gives regular and accurate notifications and a timeline of tasks that was strictly adhered to. Expectations and events were clearly outlined for us throughout. The whole process took just under 3 months from start to finish, all for a modest sum of money. I cannot recommend them enough and will be recommending them to others who go through the housing process in the future.
