Everything from buying,installation dates and arrival of fitter went perfectly.
The quality of the door is outstanding.
We will without doubt buy from them again
which will be very shortly.

Fabulous door & service
We had a door fitted By Chris, he was very Quick, tidy & made a great job of fitting the door. we are very pleased with it, we decided to goto a local firm instead of the big companies, which was a good choice. Great price, great service & product, neighbours & family are interested in buying after seeing it. I would defiantly buy from them again.

I had a new door and side gate fitted. The whole process was very smooth, the fitters have done a brilliant job and are very clean and tidy. On top of that they were the least expensive out of the 3 quotes I had!

From start to finish a good company to deal with. No question was too much trouble to answer and being able to see the products in advance helped. Good quality door. Very solid and secure. It transforms the front of the house so very pleased. Fitting was excellent and finish very neat and tidy. All rubbish cleared.

Absolutely delighted with our new front door. Service was great from ordering to fitting. The fitter did a superb job, and left everywhere neat and tidy. I highly recommend Hart & Co.

appalling customer service
My Mother was promised a quote by 24th June 2020, after them visiting her premises on 19th June. when the quote still hadnt arrived by 25th June was told they couldnt do the job but no one had the decency to contact us to let us know. their communication is appalling, when I raised this they hung up.

Hi Cathy. We’re sorry to hear we were unable able to offer you an explanation you find satisfactory during your recent phone call.
For clarity, we were unable to consider your mum's project as we believe it posed too many health & safety risks for our staff. Our surveyor was unable to access the bedrooms as they were packed with large quantities of objects. Sadly, on this occasion, we have been slower than usual to communicate our concerns with you.
In reference to our communication not being to your expectations, we can only apologise. The challenges facing us during COVID-19 have meant we haven’t yet returned to our normal time-scales and we’re experiencing short-term delays in our free survey and quotation service. We’re saddened to read our delayed response (24hrs) has appalled you.

From my initial enquiry to the installation of my front door the service I received from Hart & Co was first class. I couldn't make up my mind on which style of door and the team were very patient and helpful; offering various suggestions, The installation went perfectly and the installer took a great deal of personal pride in his work. I am extremely happy with my door from the styling to the quality. I can't thank the team enough and would highly recommend Hart & Co for your replacement door
