Absolutos bandoleros, creo que ya voy a dar por perdido mi dinero, NO ME HAN ENVIADO NADA!!!, tras más de mes y medio de esperas y reclamaciones. Insto a una investigación de esta página fraudulenta y demandas o acciones de prohibición posibles de las autoridades nacionales y extranjeras.

Got sent items that were Asian sizes,so too small and only had part delivery.
As with other reviews, List of excuses when chasing up order,over a 3 month period.
Fortunately, have managed to sell on items received to reduce layout costs.

Like everyone else, the coat was not the one I ordered and the one that arrived was screwed up in a ball and really poor quality . They are just scam artists relying on the fact that you will not bother to return it to China at your expense.

I only give one star because I cannot give 0. Please don’t not get sucked in by these people. I tried to buy two coats in November. They came screwed up literally in a ball. One was the wrong coat the other was a shirt. They wouldn’t refund the money so they said I could chose another coat to the value of the first order. Now after 5 months and 53 emails and after every choice I make they have run out of stock I have still not got a replacement coat. Today I have chosen another coat the sixth one and I fully expect that it will be out of stock although on the website if I ordered it it would be despatched today. They are liars charlatans and very dishonest people! Do not buy from them please heed my warning they should be stopped from trading in this country. Go to Temu instead they are way way better!!

How I wish I had done a bit of research before ordering,something I ususally do...I ordered a coat for £75.00,after 6 weeks and a few emails,my "coat" arrived.
What a con,it was a cheap flimsy cardigan which didn't look anything like the photos on the website.
I was offered 5% discount to keep it,or return it, at my expense,to China!!
It is so shoddy I would be reluctant to give it to a homeless person or a charity shop.
What a scam outfit,be warned!!!

Don’t buy from this company. They provide fabulous photos then sent an item that was totally different - and they clearly do this repeatedly judging by the reviews on this site. Jacket I received was totally different from image on their site. It lacked pockets, was a terrible material and did not match the description. Now they (eventually) offer a refund but no return shipping. RIP off fo not use

Wrong jacket sent and they are adamant that it is the same jacket I ordered.doesnt look anything like it ,the one ordered is a zip up and they sent a corduroy with buttons

Harrys Loss must be a scam.Placed order on4/12/25 and never recieved jacket. Despite many polite emails from them with all sorts of excuses,and my threats to expose them they will not give me a refund.

would give no star but can not ordered a jacket totally wrong one arrived now they say its down to me to pay cost of returning which is almost the cost of jacket avoid at all costs

Do not touch this company with a barge pole.Ordered a jacket told that jacket was shipped then received email saying they couldn’t supply. They offered an alternative which I said I did not want. After 5 emails backward and forward offering alternatives, I repeatedly asked for a refund of the money I had paid and they repeatedly refused. To me it’s a scam.

I placed an order for a Tino Men’s jacket size 2xl , a coat finally arrived after Christmas, this was totally inferior to the picture on the website . The size was labelled 2xl but clearly it would have fitted medium. As the returns policy has given an address in Cannock Uk I have decided to return but now see it is a massive delivery unit . Harry’s loss is in Hong Kong I wish I had known this before I paid up , my bank are looking at a dispute/ fraud scenario.

Purchased what was described as A CASHMERE sweater when it did eventually arrive, it was nothing as advertised, it A very poor quality 100% polyester very thin jumper!
When contacted they offered me 5% refund and I could it?
Or 75% voucher on next purchase what a joke
When challenged they offered full refund but I had to pay for return postage, challenged them again they said they would pay postage?
Now they say I have to pay postage? Item was

Garbage! Jacket bought wasn't remotely like the picture

Winter jacket was of inferior quality, made in China with no semblance of the traditional quality portrayed on the website. Attempting a full refund. I'll see how it goes but I have my doubts. I'll advise fairly whether it goes well or not. Fingers crossed.
Return form now received, guess what, return address is Zhejiang Province, company name Yiwu Cujia Trade Co., Ltd. Worth being aware of when you order from Harry's Loss. Should be interesting.

The clothes are awful. They will have no resemblance to the photos online. It is shameful that they are allowed to advertise in this way. They will likely arrive but are nowhere near the quality the photos would suggest - my quality knitted jumper turned out to be a printed version and the jacket was from a different universe. A total rip-off and getting a refund is made as difficult as possible.

Fake site with AI generated images pretending to be a traditional supplier with many years of operation who are holding their last Christmas sale. Shame that's all fake story telling. Instead you'll receive cheaply made items out of China.
