I just went to the Harry rosen at Sherway. I am a brown guy and there is another brown guy near me, totally different customer. The sales rep is like , hey are you guys together. I am like not every brown guy is together. Typical smart ass comment from snarty arrogant Toronto sales rep.....in the Boss section at 630pm .

The store on Bloor Street in Toronto has a terrific selection of garments and very good advisers who make shopping a real pleasure.

Worse customer service ever. Online purchase. After two hand washes the BOSS joggers became dull and faded in some places. First contact was made on February 2. Three calls and 10 emails sent. Still nothing. The problem was confirmed and the item was sent back. But no refund and no sorry compliments received until March 13. The only phone answer is they work on it. Seriously?!
It's very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude to the customers.

Harry Rosen is the best shopping experience bar none. The selection of designer clothes is fantastic along with the service. I have been going to Harry since 1991and have never been disappointed.

JB is an amazing salesman. I was just browsing, killing time so to speak when he approached me. I told him and showed him I have 3000 shirts and 2000 pants he was so good I purchased 4 more pants 😂😂😂 thanks JB.

Be very careful when you order online.
I ordered an item online for my husband’s birthday, the item was listed as « in-stock ». I placed the order and with regular shipping the item was to be delivered in up to 5 business days. I received an email confirming my purchase. There was no »track my order » option in the email. By the 5th business day I emailed customer service to find out the status of my order… no answer. I called the customer service line the next day for an update and was told the item was not yet shipped and that they would have it shipped that day overnight.
They then sent me an email saying my order was cancelled and I’d only get my money back 5 business days later. Tried calling customer service, was put on hold for an eternity and no one ever answered the phone.
Very disappointed in the service. I now know better to shop at Holts for higher end/ luxury items. will never shop at Harry Rosen ever again.
