Can’t fault the service and follow up help I have received

Your company did not ship this order out immediately. You took over a week before you shipped it. When I emailed you and asked you to cancel the order because it didn’t ship in time, you decided to create a tracking number and ship it that same day or a day after or two days after. that’s not acceptable. I needed these parts Right away. And I would’ve received them in time. Had you shipped them the next business day after receiving the order like most companies do

Excellent service and great products. The items I ordered for my BYD seal u were delivered in good order. Very well packaged and easy to fit. I followed the instructions on a BYD video to fit the tailgate light.

I had a wonderful experience being helped by Flora. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting the correct items I was after. Giving her 20 out of 10.

I have not received the item nor any tracking details.

I bought a seat filler and windshield sunshade advertised for BYD Sealion 7. Before delivery, I contacted customer support to confirm compatibility and was clearly told that both products were suitable for the Sealion 7.

After receiving the items, I found that neither product fits or works with the BYD Sealion 7. This contradicts both the product description and the confirmation given by their customer representative.

When I requested a refund, I was informed that a 40% handling fee would be deducted. I do not believe this is fair, as the issue is due to incorrect product information and misleading advice, not customer error.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to false advertising and an unreasonable refund policy.

Was a little scared at first since I never heard of Harry BYD but I am now a returning customer after I’ve received my order! I bought the custom fit sunshades and the trunk organizer and I must say they both are of a very high quality. The sunshades do a great job blocking heat, and the organizer keeps my trunk tidy. No hassle on checkout, and I even got a tracking update same day. If you’re looking for car accessories that work like crazy, this is the place to be.

So I just bought a bunch of car accessories from HarryBYD and I’m satisfied.Ordering was easy and came earlier than expected.Particularly love the custom fit floor mats, they are beautiful and fit my car perfectly.Will definitely shop here again!
