I did not see any of these reviews when I ordered my outfit but they are all true! Don’t trust that this is an American company. If you return something you have to pay international shipping and it has to go through customs. I have never experienced that before! My advice: Don’t fall for their lies like I did.
Buyer beware not a legitimate seller pretends to be a Chicago store but is China in actuality.
Sent wrong size no tags with size. Received 3 sizes smaller than ordered. Impossible to receive refund. Stay away from this Harrington and Blake to same yourself from disappointment and aggravation.
Horrible quality and false advertising. Item ordered was advertised as cotton / linen blend but when received it was a cheap nylon fabric content. I requested return for full credit and was offered a 15% credit or option to order something else. I would never order anything from them again. Cheap Chinese scammers offering nothing but low quality junk.
This is a Chinese company pretending to be based out of Chicago. The materials are nylon and gross. The dress is nothing like the image in the photograph. Their 100% free return policy is a total joke:

I've never heard of such a refund policy and learned a big lesson: look up independent reviews before purchasing and don't trust that a company is US based, even if they try to convince you they have a storefront in Chicago!
Zero stars. I ordered a pair of boots from Outland fit, which eventually became Harrison and Blake for some reason, so the boots arrived two weeks later in the wrong size, reached out and they said that would fix the problem. Still waiting for a refund or new boots. Also the emails are now bouncing back which shows they are scamming people. Avoid at all costs and never buy cheap boots online.
