I purchased a sarong for my wife - it arrived was of crap quality and made for midgets.
We tried to get a refund and sent this shit back to china for cash back and Lo and behold it gets returned to sender!
Another $40 down the drain
Do not use these Chinese scammers I am done

They offer you Pennies on the dollar to settle after 50 emails outlining all their lies and misinformation.

Harper Atelier is also one of their names. Beware SCAM, do not order from them!! They never respond and when they do they don’t even respond to your question. Basically took my money and I was expected to return items back to China. The return (even though stating it would be paid for) would have cost me three times more then the dresses. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam site. There is no "mother and son" shop. This comes from China and is horrible quality and despite saying you can get refunded, they don't respond or will respond asking for photos and then never respond again.

I wish I could give this shop a rating of 0 stars. So useless, please never purchase from this site. I bought a jacket from here and it is total rubbish, looks nothing like the website and I have been told I need to return it to a Chinese address even though I purchased it from an Australia website. Utter scam.

I wish I could give no stars i purchased a dress for a wedding it arrived late and it was nothing like the pic the material and colour was nothing like what the photos are on the website . So inferior. I paid $89 for absolute rubbish

I wish I could give them zero to -1 reviews. Ordered a sweater for $60 and waited three weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive, it is of totally inferior quality, looks nothing like the picture on the website that lures you to buy. When you contact them to request a return and refund, you are told that you have to return it to China and pay the shipping fees. My loss but beware do not order from Harper Los Angeles.

Do not waste your money. Complete scam. I bought a sweatshirt and when it arrived it was appalling quality made out of velour and not cotton. They refused to refund me and would not accept the pictures that I sent that showed the clear difference. What is a disgrace more than anything is that I bought this product as I thought I was supporting a small Byron Bay based business but have now realised that is not the case. Shame on you

This company sells inferior quality goods and does not refund without a long process and I’m still waiting after two months. Also you have to return goods to China even though you purchase from an Australian site. This cost me $38 and I’m now owed $190.

I'm so very disappointed in this company.
My shirt had to be ordered and delivered directly from CHINA which tells me they have no inventory. When the shirt finally arrived in a size small, I ordered an X Large, it looked nothing like the picture. It is cheaply made, cheap fabric, and all around unattractive. I hate it. From the reviews that I, unfortunately, did not read before ordering, it seems impossible to return the item. I guess I am out $60. Lesson learned. Stay with tried and true sales from reputable company's.
Advise: Stay far away from this company who has ties in China. A real SCAM!

This company seems to be a scam. Ordered an item over 5 weeks ago that was meant to arrive in 5-8 business days. No delivery and no one replies to emails. Do not order from here.

Do not not not not order from here! High school play costume type cheap cheap material! Not leather but vinyl. Not cashmere but cheap light weight felt! Total scammers. No way to return. I have sent 8 emails back and forth, sent pictures, etc and they just keep sending me the same auto response. Do not waste your $$$$&!!!

If there was a way to give them 0 stars, I would. When will we ever learn? The ‘cashmere sweater’ is cheap polyester with the label saying polyester and eladtine. The cute wool blazer is coarse polyester. Of course none of it can be returned unless you pay shipping to china. Do not order from these people.

I ordered a men’s leather jacket from Harper Boutique. The description clearly stated “real leather”. When the product finally arrived, it was garbage. Not only was it not genuine leather, it was cheap costume grade vinyl. All of the tags had been torn out so I don’t even know what size it. I have tried contacting the company for a refund…crickets. I believe (based on the product photos) they are now operating under the name Fay New York. Absolute scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! I ordered two sweaters and the quality was terrible. I asked about return policy (you have to pay to have it shipped back to China) and they offered to replace my items. Fool me once, but never again. Hopefully, I can help others from buying from this site.

I was surprised that this local shop in South Carolina actually shipped my dress from China, and wouldn't have had it in stock. And even more surprised when I saw and felt the extremely flimsy material. And frankly, I was shocked when I asked how to return it, and they told me I had to return it to CHINA! They would not take it back in their store! (I guess it would be too embarrassing for them to try to resell an item of such low quality in the store.....) They did offer me a whole 15% refund if I didn't want to return it and pay the high shipping fees.

We ought to be able to give minus ratings. This is a scam company from China. I ordered three dresses. Two were not what I ordered and the third was completely the wrong size. "Hassle Free 30 Day Return Policy" is anything but. First they offered me 15% refund if I'd just keep it and forget about it. Then they offered 25%, then 35% because the shipping fees I'D HAVE TO PAY to return the dresses WITH TAGS ON THEM (but the dresses arrived with no tags on them) would be exorbitant and if they had no tags there was no guarantee I would get a refund at all.

This company is absolutely criminal. Do yourself a favor and don't get sucked in to the pretty photographs of nice clothing. They bait and switch, and then when you need to return, you're stuck with whatever you bought.

Please please please don't buy from this company. They aren't reputable.

Please be advised...this is NOT a local shop. It takes several weeks and if it does not work; YOU the customer are responsible for return shipping to CHINA. Sizing is a guess.

The dress I ordered was terrible quality and not at all worth the price. It was more akin to a Halloween costume than anything I would wear. What a rip off!
