Après une longue attente du colis due a la situation sanitaire, le service après vente qu'on a eu au téléphone a été très efficace, j'ai enfin reçu le colis hier et j'en suis très contente. Tout était très bien emballé et il n'y a aucune casse. Les produits sont très jolis.

As you know London is under Tier 4 restriction with complete lockdown.
We have dispatched your order on 18th December itself with DPD for 2-3 days delivery to France.
As you know all of a sudden the EU / UK restriction came for flights and movement of goods due to the new strain of virus spreading in UK, this is the reason why the parcel got delayed.

Ordered an item but received the wrong…
Ordered an item but received the wrong size. Sent them email to advise I’d accept a partial refund of the difference between the two items to keep things simple. They replied acknowledging the mistake and agreed to the refund. Frustratingly had to chase this up. Quality of item is fantastic and good value for money.
