my order was incorrect and another order didn't arrive but they managed to sort it out for me and give me a full refund, i doubt issues like this happen often so i am grateful that they could solve it

Can not fault the company my son put a order in they didn't have 1 if the figures that he wanted and as an apology give him 3 extra figures. Can not fault them at all and really quick delivery

Item still hasn’t arrived and I’m being asked for a review. Had no updates regarding lateness. Items were out of stock after I’d been allowed to order them. Very disappointed this time around. I feel the service was a let down.

Pure aloe vera
I ordered the pure aloe vera, it arrived within 2 days. I liquidised it and my husband has been using it to soothe mouth ulcers and dental pain. It’s very good and has worked very well. Thank you.

Although the wrong design was initially sent to me, when I queried this Harold Hawkins couldn't have been more coioperative and searched their stock for the design I had ordered. I wasn't kept waiting for weeks whilst this was sorted out --- it was done as quickly as was possible. I'd certainly recommend purchasing from this shop.

Inept bunch of clowns
Ordered various Lego figures, one wasn't even the same figure and another was a different version of what was ordered. Seems like it's pot luck what you actually get . Customer service respond with an apology and the service stops there. No offer to correct their mistake... So pretty much a waste of money and time buy anything from them .👎 And after a review you may get several emails all from different people with promises to correct your order but not one can take responsibility and is able to even after sending images of the wrong items . Just go elsewhere for any mini figures.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you , we can see that there was an error on the system with the barcodes on the pick bin. That's the reason why the wrong product came to you.
As you can see we have more than 250+ characters in the mini figure series ,it is highly unfortunate that the error was made by a pick and pack member, Now we have found this error and we have resolved this in our system.
I have gone through the mails , I can see that the wasp was missing in the first order and captain marvel green was missing in the 2nd order. So we have dispatched a replacement to you.
