When I went through some financial…

When I went through some financial difficulties the Collections team helped me by adjusting my payments to suit my budget, which allowed me to catch up without stress. But the best thing was, I was treated respectfully and not made to feel worthless!!! Janice Ese

Harmony big tick

Process took lo ger than advertised but o ce there very quick and helpful. Able to pay mechanic and vetbills and get my cremated mickey back

Excellent service and speed of replies…

Excellent service and speed of replies to emails and transferring of funds, can't fault that, the only thing I found frustrating is when you give the system access to my ANZ account, it would fault multiple times and I would have to try again, at least 20 times. but once it worked, no issues.
