Great training, very well-organized and structural, also great trainers and instructors.

Really informative and not rushed. Felt supported throughout the day, helped with the consultation pre administration and not pressured to get the questions right straight away.

I am very sorry to say that this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. The mentoring offering was misleading, and the level of support provided did not align with what was originally communicated. In particular, there have been no available dates to book mentoring sessions for months, making it impossible to access the support that was promised. This lack of availability has resulted in significant frustration and disappointment. I regret that my experience did not meet the expectations that were set, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously for future improvement

Over all I found the training experience with Harley academy to be excellent. The 1:1 mentoring sessions were absolute gold, having the opportunity to have a few hours of practical experience whilst being able to learn from the best. I found the foundation day good but due to covid restrictions ( I completed this years ago) this was not hands on so I did not really rate this.

The quality of the teaching and online resources is excellent and does prepare you well for the exam.

I gave 4:5 as I became very frustrated by the lack of availability of the mentoring sessions. I had to travel to London for several additional sessions in order to get the correct number of cases in my logbook. I also found it unacceptable that patients booking in for polynucleotide treatments were booked into my clinics, I was taught to use these and performed these treatments, yet I was not then ‘trained ‘ to use these and this would require another £600 course to be able to do a treatment that I had already performed. These patients should not be in the clinics unless the Level 7 actually also was inclusive of these treatments.

In the time it took me to complete my training there have been many changes in the industry, and to the course itself. The physical location changed, the online platform changed, the numbers of patients wanting filler has dramatically fallen. If you want to do this course, get on with it and complete it in good time.

I feel thrilled and proud to have now completed my level 7 training . I would highly recommend Harley academy and the team. Just don't mess about like me and get it done efficiently!

Wonderful training experience with Jamie and Janine, it was supportive and nothing was too much trouble. Smaller groups for practice and enough time to build confidence in consultation.

I had my foundation day with Dr Jaymi today at Manchester branch. It was a truly amazing day and I’ve learned soooo much more than I expected. A lot of hands-on experience with great tips from Dr Jaymi. She’s really supportive and closely supervised my technique of injecting botox and fillers! my first injection experience went really well and can’t wait to complete the level 7 in the near future.
