As these fun and colourful socks are gifts for my grandkids, the lovely boxes they arrived in were my first wow!! The socks themselves with their appropriate expressions just make you smile. As will anyone that sees them on anyone’s feet. The socks are of good quality, priced well and arrived quickly. I will definitely be back for more.

I have emailed 3 times about how to return my order and get a refund. I haven't received a reply. There is no phone number to call, which is irritating.

Never seen any socks like these. Website was easy to navigate and delivery was super fast.

I never received my socks :( I emailed customer service and never got a response. Will update if/when I ever get the socks.

I placed an order on December 1,2025 and never received the order. On December 22,2025 I contacted the company by email. On December 26,2025 the company responded with a gracious offer of a refund. I replied on that same day to them to proceed with the refund. I emailed to check on the refund on January 11, 2026. It is now February 18, 2026 and I have not gotten a refund or even an email from Happypopsox. Very unhappy customer!

Update - March 5, 2026

After 2 months I finally received my refund! Happy to have my money, but I won’t try ordering from them again.

Never received

I placed my order #ZM3800 for almost $80 on 11/30/2025, received the confirmation email and saw the order appear on the Shop app. By 12/15/2025 I had received two emails requesting I complete this review. However, I have not received my order, nor has the status changed on the Shop app. It still says "order placed". I emailed happypop on 12/15 and included my order number and details. It is now 12/24 and I have not had any response to my inquiry. I sent another email today. I hope this review gets some traction as emails have not worked.

I was told my order was delivered. I never received it. I placed a second identical order and I did receive it. However still charged for first order.

These socks are super cute!! I bought these as a gift and I'm sure she will love them. The packaging is ok. I thought it would be more like a Chinese food container, but it's not at all. Disappointed a bit with the packaging.

Fast delivery. Great communication as to delivery status. Sent the socks to someone else so I'm not sure what the quality is like. The picture looked good though.

These are the cutest socks, and are great stocking stuffers. Ordering is easy and shipping is fast

The socks did not breathe at all which makes me question the amount of cotton that is claimed. The colors were beautiful until they transferred onto everything in my wash - not very well priced if it ruins other clothes. Contacted happypopsox with no response. Unfortunately, buyer beware.

My order was confirmed. They have my money. I never received shipping confirmation on my order. Still no order delivered. I emailed service twice with no response. Requested help thru pay pal to reach out no response. Not happy at all!

Haven’t received the order yet, and there’s been no update on shipping, at all. Giving the benefit of the doubt that the socks will be good, but I have no idea when to expect them to arrive.
