Happy Mat Yoga Omdömen 

My partner and I had such an amazing time attending Happy Mat Yoga's Spanish retreat - a complete reset for both of us, consisting of yoga, sound bath, cacao ceremony, amazing food, excellent people and lovely weather. Literally everything was perfect. Performing yoga at 8am in the Spanish sunshine is something that is very hard to beat.

I had the privilege of attending Lisa’s yoga retreat in Benissa Spain May 2026. What a joy. Amazing experience, the villa is beautiful, yoga was wonderful and the food and company incredible. I went not really knowing anyone and came away having lots of new friends.

The venue for Happy Mat Yoga is relaxing and tranquil. The classes accommodate all levels of yoga as Lisa gives alternatives to poses. There is no need to bring any equipment as Lisa provides everything. She has a really calming voice which puts you at ease. I was give a warm welcome not only by Lisa but the others yogi's in the class. I have walked in to one of Lisa's classes stressed to the eyeballs but left felling so at peace and calm. I'm so happy I found Happy Mat Yoga.

If you want some one to show you the simple magical beauty and healing power of yoga and make you laugh till you wee a bit then Lisa and Happy Matt Yoga is really the only game in town. Brilliant, welcoming, warm, safe and a place where you really are safe to be who you are and do what you can at your own pace. When you walk through the door the judgement of the out side world stays outside. The laughter can be heard from the street. Don’t think just pay the really stupidly small fee and come and have a look. I promise you it will be money well spent 👍😊 My advice try Yin if you are new to Yoga its so beautiful and slow with a mixture of meditation and breathing that leaves me in a place I never new existed 😌 Ive simply never relaxed this much and that way. I’m an Obsessive compulsive perfectionist and this is the one place I feel safe enough not to have to be prefect and just be for an hour. It’s priceless to me. As you can tell I’m a big fan boy and proud 🫡

Being of an older age with all my aches and pains I decided to do yoga. I came across Happy Mat Yoga and got in touch with Lisa who welcomed me with open arms. The class I do is very friendly. It’s relaxing and by the time the class is over I feel so relaxed in the mind and my aches and pains have lessened a lot. She knows when you are struggling with the pose and offers her help. I just look forward to going each week for my peaceful pain relief hour. Each week I go gets a little easier too.

Lisa has made her studio a refuge from the stresses of the outside world. She is warm and welcoming. Her yoga classes are perfect for all levels as she thoughtfully gives options for those of us who are chronically ill aswell as those more healthy. The cocoa ceremonies and sound baths are blissful and healing.

As a complete beginner to yoga, Lisa made me feel welcome and introduced me to the participants that I based myself next to (I thought this was a very nice touch). Lisa is very knowledgeable about yoga and talked us through the philosophical aspects of yoga as we moved through the lesson. Which was great. The pace was brilliant for a beginner and when there were moves that were difficult for a beginner, Lisa very carefully listed alternatives. Thank you Lisa.

I was lucky enough to do a retreat in Benissa in Spain and am so grateful for the experience.
It was amazing from start to finish with Lisa’s enthusiasm and beautiful nature it made the whole time so calming.
I am only sorry I live so far away from Lisa’s studio that I can’t attend regular classes but will 100% do more retreats with Happy May Yoga as I found it so beneficial.
Great for all abilities and such a lovely tribe.

I attended a cacao ceremony led by Lisa at Happy Mat and it was a wonderful experience. It was so grounding and so relaxing I couldn’t believe how I felt so differently from when I went to when I left. I would 100% recommend this experience

I attended a Cacao ceremony at Happy mat yoga. It was the first time I attended the venue and wow, what a lovely surprise. It was warm, inviting and peaceful, very much how Lisa came across. The experience was uplifting and exactly what I needed. I look forward to attending happy mat yoga again and being guided by Lisa.

Lisa is the best yoga teacher I have ever come acress, she is warm welcoming and very good at what she does.

This is a friendly welcoming class, suitable for all abilities as Lissa will show modifications of poses if needed. Lissa is a brilliant teacher very knowledgeable about yoga and anatomy. Her love and enthusiasm for yoga spreads to her students. The studio is a beautiful calm safe place. I absolutely love this class and always feel so good afterwards.

Lisa is the most fantastic yoga teacher. Her classes are such an escape in a beautiful, calm setting. She is so accommodating and supportive. I would (and already have) recommended that other people attend Lisa's classes.

I wholeheartedly recommend Happy Mat Yoga. Lisa is a great instructor who offers a welcoming and warm environment to practice yoga. There are a variety of classes to choose from. Lisa offers adjustments and clear explanations for every position. I always leave classes content and calm!
