Nope, I have for 2 years , it now leaks. I've had to contact customer service 8 times to get a complete answer that the gasket may be leaking. I asked how to check the gasket , I was told to obtain a qualified technician to check it. I am not hiring a technician to check a diffuser gasket after spending $70 for this item. I had purchased this item as gifts for others from other companies, and they still have no issues. I thought I would get one for myself, but I will not buy from this company again.

Incredible customer service. I had an issue with a light base and they resolved itvery quickly with no questions asked. The products they sell are of high quality. I will be a life long customer.

I was looking for another base for my light purchased from Happyhaves and Mary Rose went above and beyond to help me out. And, no, there was nothing wrong with the original base. I just wanted an extra.

I have received some outstanding service from Mary who represents Happyhaves. She was in constant contact with me keeping me informed about my order. Their service model should be an example of how to perform service recovery. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a neck massager and it was not as described. The electric shock aspect is extremely uncomfortable and the actual shape is harming my neck. I cannot return it and am extremely displeased. I do not recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company or site. It is anything BUT HAPPY

I received one of the globes with a very large scratch across it. Happyhaves was quick to respond and replaced the globe straight away. The new Moon globe arrived today in perfect order. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Happyhaves, you live up to your name!

I gave a Happyhaves gift. I lost the receipt and the recipient said he never received the gift. I contacted the company and received an immediate response—the rep was great. Gave me info on my purchase and tried everything to help, as the tracking said “delivered “. The recipient then found the unopened gift in his car! I have never experienced such great customer service before.

I placed an order on 12/16 for 3 of the lovely crystal balls and they are still not here and it's 1/2. I have sent 4 emails, and still don't have a response. Even worse, when you track the package, each and every day it says in my town and out for delivery. Something is fishy!! Very frustrated!!

Like other reviewers, I had no idea these shipped from China. I ordered on December 9 to give as Christmas presents, but they didn’t arrive until December 27, so it was too late. When the items had not been shipped by Dec 18, I tried to cancel, but the order had been “processed,” so they would not cancel. When they arrived late, I tried to return them, but then they told me I had bought them on sale (I bought on a promotional price of “3 for” a lower price than just buying one) so they were not returnable. No where on the promotion did they mention that they were final sale, and their return policy doesn’t mention it. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, they came with a warning about not leaving them in the sun. I was going to give them to nieces and nephews, and I would not give a dangerous item. Save yourself from this headache, and do not order from this company.

Bought several for Christmas gifts. Everyone from teenagers to adults loved the globes.

I ordered three for our small grandsons for Christmas. The order was not fulfilled correctly to begin with.

One of the sprees had imperfections on the surface.

The LED light is almost blinding it is SO bright.

Much to my disappointment, these are VERY inappropriate for three little boys.

Also, in the directions it states not to leave sphere in direct sunlight as it could cause a fire!

This grandmother WOULD NEVER GIFT HER GRANDSONS A GIFT THAT COULD CAUSE A FIRE!!!

I got in touch with the company to return the spheres. They will not take them back and refund my money!!!

THIS GRANDMOTHER IS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I recently received a gift from a family member from HappyHaves that arrived with some issues. Without having to let the person who gave it to me know there was a problem I reached out to HH and asked if there was anything they could do to correct the issue. In no time they got back to me and informed me they would be sending out a replacement for the problem part I received. The person I have been working with has kept following up and staying in touch with me about the process. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and attention they have given to the matter.

Ordered in November, but had no idea I was going to be dealing with items being shipped from China. Will probably not arrive in time for Christmas. There was NO indication anywhere - even in the tracking - that it was being shipped by Yun Express until I dug deeper to find a secondary tracking number.

If you do not have a happy haves essential oil diffuser, you and yours probably would enjoy one. Something about the water droplets 💦 from my multi color magic mushroom 🍄 and some smooth jazz seems to help me when the day has been a handful. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and go drifting. ✌️ ☮️ 🕊

Extremely bad quality stopped working almost immediately. Dont wait ur money on this
