I have been travelling a lot in my life, thus I very much appreciate the guidance and competent proposals from Nico Bayas, a young travel adviser but already one of the best experts. I consider myself fortunate booking with Happy Gringo. Looking forward to the roundtrip in Ecuador.

Galapagos Planning
Jacky from Happy Gringo was great to work with! She helped 16 of us plan a Galápagos cruise on a chartered yacht. She was very patient with all of us as we worked through the details. Happy Gringo was recommended to us by friends, and now we will recommend them to others who are going to Ecuador and the Galápagos!

Skip AI automated emails, then your service will be great.
Everything went really well, except 2 emails. It looks like they were automated by AI with unusual information ...not responding on my questions. Both times I got a normal email from Jacky with the normal and good answers. It is confusing when you first get these AI emails.....better to wait a few more hours and get the right answers and information.

Old town & equator tour
We had only one day in Quito and chose to take the old town & equator tour, which covered a lot of Quito highlights. The guide was very flexible on adjusting the tour to fit our interests.
Happy Gringo is highly recommended. Our travel advisor, MaJo, was very warm and patient to gave us tour recommendations and to help us make changes when our travel dates had to change.
