Exceptional Service Made Booking My Dream Galápagos Trip Easy
From my very first inquiry, MaJo has been absolutely outstanding. She has been patient, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire booking process.
I asked a lot of questions before making my decision, and she never once made me feel rushed or like any question was too small. Every email was answered promptly with detailed, thoughtful, and helpful information. Her explanations gave me the confidence to make what is a significant travel investment.
What impressed me most was that she took the time to understand what was important to me. She helped me evaluate different options, answered every concern thoroughly, accommodated my preferred payment arrangement, and even reassured me about updating my passport after renewal. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and professional.
Planning a Galápagos expedition can feel overwhelming, but MaJo made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I genuinely felt that she wanted me to make the decision that was right for me rather than simply making a sale.
Because of her exceptional service, I booked my dream trip with complete confidence. I couldn't have asked for a better travel advisor, and I look forward to continuing to work with her as my 2028 Galápagos adventure approaches.
Thank you, MaJo, for your patience, kindness, and outstanding customer service!

Would highly recommend!
We had an excellent experience booking our Galapagos cruise vacation through Happy Gringo. Jacky was extremely attentive and quick to respond to our MANY questions! She understood our budget and helped us find the best cruise options for the islands we wanted to see. She also helped us with timelines for flights (getting to and from different islands and getting to airports, etc.) since we are planning on doing some of our own independent traveling on the Galapagos Islands. Happy Gringo also has some excellent online guides for traveling in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, which have also been extremely helpful. Overall, we are very excited for our trip and would highly recommend booking through Happy Gringo.
