did not receive my order - it's been two months,.. no response from company on 2 inquiries

I ordered a DNA kit from this company, I had no tracking number after a few weeks I contacted them by email and someone responded asking for my address again and they would contact the shipper, I was told a couple of days later that they were shipping them now. Still have not received item and still no tracking number emailed again but no response this time.
I was told the first time that if I do t get it that I could get a refund, zero response.

zero response from seller, no order acknowledgement. I then did some research and found all the negative reviews. I cancelled order on the same day I placed it (Dec. 20) - sent at least 6 emails cancelling order, telling them not to ship. Escalated with PayPal, no response from vendor. On Jan. 6 - received notice from Paypal vendor had shipped. I will continue my quest for full refund and will not accept item or will return, unopened

Like so many others who have posted reviews, our experience is very similar. Ordered a coat for our dog, it didn’t arrive, isn’t going to arrive and they just keep ignoring our requests for a refund. This is just a bunch of fraudsters operating some scam out of someone’s basement. They do not have a storefront, nor do they have any inventory. Once you place an order, they just order the item from a third party seller. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Save yourself the frustration, and money, and order from the third party seller yourself. Losers like this deserve to not only be run out of business, they deserve to go to jail!!!!!

I ordered a dog dna kit as a Christmas gift for someone. Said ships in 1-3 days so based on that it would have arrived in time. I got no verification item had shipped so tried contacting them several times and got no response at all So I filed a complaint with paypal saying no proof items had been shipped. After I filed the complaint I got an email from someone at Happy Dog saying they had checked with the company that ships the DNA kits and they said the item had been shipped; however, the date it had been shipped or the tracking number was not provided. She gave me a phone number to try and contact this other company. I wrote them back and said I was not going to start chasing down my order with another company, I ordered the product from them and expected proof of shipping and tracking number from them as stated in my original message
. No response back. I am hoping that paypal will be able to reverse the charges. Wish I had looked up this company before ordering.

Looks like I should have read the reviews before ordering anything from this scam of a company. I ordered a retractable lease on May 1. It still hasn't arrived and getting any customer service from these hacks is impossible. Everytime I call I get a message that they are on the phone with another customer. It's been 2 days that I have been hearing this message. It must be some special customer. I paid through PayPal so maybe they can do something.

Horrible experience. Waited forever for my dogs cooling bed. It finally arrived and it is half the size of my dog!! Just emailed a request for a refund. Will update when I hear back. Never again.

Recently I ordered a snuffle mat for my small dog. It arrived on Monday March 7,2022. I was so shocked to find this mat was made of felt & cost $56. My dog (Pomeranian) was afraid of it so I immediately sent off a request for a refund. No reply.
After several emails & multiple phone calls I was unable to contact anyone. It’s appears they don’t want to refund me my money.
This has been a very upsetting experience for me & plan to never order anything from them again. So disappointed & very dissatisfied. Beware when ordering on line from this company.

After trying to get a ETA on the dog collars I ordered and getting super frustrated and asking for a cancellation and refund, a month later I received my engraved dog collars and the quality is terrible. I am trying to get someone from this company to acknowledge my request and no luck so far.

I ordered a dog tag from here that was advertised as having "clear, permanent laser engraving" and being made of stainless steel". What a crock. The "engraving" was basically a stamp and after 1 week of use, the information is illegible because it has runbed off. The finish on the metal has also rubbed off showing me a pink colour inside and revealing that this is certainly NOT stainless steel. When I ordered the tag, I missed the city from the address and emailed them within minutes requesting that they add it in. This was not done and I never heard back on this request. I also thought I was ordering from a local Toronto company and wanting to support a local business. Again, another crock. My item was shipped directly from China. What a garbage product from a garbage company. I will NEVER order from them again! Don't waste your money!

I agree 100% with the terrible reviews of this company. Still haven’t received my order more than a month later, won’t respond to emails or calls until you threaten cancellation, and then you get a ‘on its way’ message that updates nothing. Even their pretend tracking is fake. I’m out $100.

I ordered a winter jumpsuit for my dog and I used their chart for the measurements which did not match with the size I needed for my dog when trying to contact them when I received the item to return or exchange I spent several days trying to e-mail or contact them and all I got was nothing until I said that I was going to give them a very bad review then I received the address to return and get store credit well I will never order anything from the online site ever again it is not worth ordering anything

Terrible to deal with. They don’t answer chat or phone. They don’t respond until you cancel the order on your credit card. Snowsuit I bought was made in China not Canada. The website implies they are Canadian - & I wanted to support a Canada-made industry. The Canada Post tracking # was fake + It did not arrive in the timeframe promised. The zipper split within 15 minutes of putting it on my dog. It’s very cute but poorly made & not worth almost $60. I would NEVER buy anything from them again & wish I had found this site prior to ordering.

I regret not having researched this company. I purchased a "halo" for my dog and it's a cheap imitation of the real halos. Although it cost nearly as much. Furthermore, I have repeatedly e-mailed to ask if I may return it because my dog can't use it, and nobody ever replies.

A total scam. I regret not having researched this company before pressing "Buy".

Sub-par quality item - made to look like a brand name product but totally non-functional. Also labelled to mislead customers to think they are buying the actual product.

Chat feature on website is non-responsive, i.e. a sham feature made to lull potential customers into thinking they are dealing with a legitimate company.

No response to emails.

Negative review was scrubbed from their website.

Absolutely NEVER shop from this company. All items come from China and the sizing chart is a joke. They charge a ton of money(eg. 52 CAD for a dog raincoat that comes from China and is the poorest quality imaginable). Shipping will take at least a month or more and they do not offer refunds if the sizing is wrong. I never got my parcel and they’re saying Canada post delivered it. The company takes no ownership and you will have ZERO after purchase support. I would give it negative starts if that was an option.

Do not get lured by the slick website. I actually laughed at the cheap quality of all the product I ordered. This is definitely coming from China. My reviews I left on the site were deleted. Everything I ordered I threw in the garbage cause it was so cheap looking.

Just want to clarify that their new website is thehappydog.ca. I should have read other reviews before dealing with them - this website is indeed a drop shipping scam.

The item that was advertised on their website is NOTHING like what was received. I attempted to contact them via email several times over a 3 week period and never heard back.

All items are shipped directly from China and take upwards of a month to be received. There is no Canadian inventory. I had to initiate a chargeback process and reported the website as a scam.

Terrible customer service - no response to multiple emails. A Canadian company but items shipped from China so took weeks fo rate first item to get here and the second has not arrived. Tracking details have disappeared. This company is a scam!

I ordered my item july 4 never received it tracking not updated for 3 weeks sent emails called no answer back from anyone. Is this a scam company?
