Ordered what was advertised as a Christmas "figurine" of a couple at Christmas. It was over $40. The company location said California but AFTER placing the order we found out it was actually coming from China. No problem except of course it took almost a month to arrive and not before Christmas. Its cute but very low quality , printed on a thin piece of pressboard with a slotted piece as a "stand". Definitely not a figurine. More like a rigid greeting card. Definitely feel a bit cheated for the price. Would not order from this company again because I feel they are a bit dishonest.

Pictures are very deceiving. I bought what I thought was nice ceramic ornaments for $40 each (3) came as 3 inch wooden pieces of crap.

Absolutely Do Not order anything from these people. I placed an order in the beginning of December a Christmas present for my wife. Was told delivery by December 17 here it is Dec 23 no present and tracking says package delivery will be another week and Christmas in 2 days. SO PEOPLE DONT ORDER FROM THEM YOUR ITEM WON’T BE DELIVERED WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!!

Received the Christmas family canvas. The website lets you choose between a light and dark frame alluding to the fact that it arrives framed. Wrong. The smallest print at the bottom says it’s unframed. All misleading. The canvass I’m told by my framer is cheap. And you should have a min of 1” to bend it around the frame and stretch. Which to do that messes with the print at the top. Not to mention it was $55 Canadian and then $75 to have it mounted. Disappointed all around.

The beautiful 3 D ballet slippers in their promo do not look like it was shown. This is a 2d plastic cutout ornament.

Beautiful promo pictures showing lovely custom Christmas decorations. Actual item is a 2D piece of clear plastic with a cheaply printed photocopy glued to the back. Worth about 50c and paid USD$31.18 Good old China.

Choosing and customising the gift was easy. Delivery took three weeks which I had not been made aware of. The product arrived and I was so shocked at the disappointing and tacky looking item I decided not to give it as a gift. I received my Baby’s First Christmas decoration which I paid over £20 for and it looks nothing like the images on the website. If I had seen this in a shop I would not have paid even £5 for it.
The customer service team responded quickly but their response was insincere and ended with, 'Have a nice life'. This did make me laugh!
I have no idea why many of their reviews on Trustpilot are so positive. Perhaps this is an exception but I would whole heartedly NOT recommend ordering from Happary if my experience is anything to go by.

They sent my item to a wrong address I live in redwood ny they shipped it to Corinth ny !!
I had to contact credit card co I will not pay for this
Do yourself a favor and don’t order from these people
They can’t seem to understand what I was trying to say to them!it’s not my fault they shipped it to another town

I ordered a personalized couples ring on 10/12 and to my surprise it was delivered today. It is absolutely beautiful and will go perfectly on my right ring finger!!

I have had this picture ring less than a month and the picture has stated peeling. Wait of my money.

I placed my order and paid in full. Eventually I received a tracking number. It was fictitious. After weeks of emails, they finally offered a refund. But they kept a $5 processing fee. So I am out $5 and have no gift and a lot of aggravation.

Everything in your description shows the Christmas ornament as a globe or ball ornament. Not a flat ornament which is what I received!

I ordered a Christmas bauble with a photo on it and I have not received anything. I received no notification via email or mobile phone as to where my product is. All I can find on the tracking number is that it was unable to be delivered. I expect better.

I was very disappointed in the product, I had ordered 4 memory rings as gifts only to have the pictures crack on the face. I called and they were able to only replace one and credit another, very disappointing. Looks beautiful but did not withstand casual wear!!

Very quick service, i was consulted very quickly. I look forward to receiving my sentimental order from the company.
