Clearing my late mother's house threw up lots of bits not wanted by the family. We took several items along to Hansons who were both polite and honest about the likelihood of the items being desired. The outcome of the sale was that all but one item sold, and all those that were sold fell within the estimates provided.

I emailed Hansons and found them very helpful.
I think spoke to Charles and we arranged for me to take the items to the office.
He was very helpful and obviously very knowledgeable.

A home visit resulting in handing over mainly gold and silver to be sold at auction. All estimates were very accurate and watching the auction online exciting and good fun

My experience is as a buyer. I received an absolutely stellar service from Edwyn, who kindly supplied several additional photos and organised a telephone bid, at very short notice. Each of my telephone calls were returned within a couple of minutes, all with the personal service of Edwyn, who also personally posted the Lot for me, to be safely received within the next working morning. Edwyn is an absolute treasure and I would not hesitate to purchase from Hansons again.

Kerri keiling made my experience comfortable and less stressful with her calm and professional manner .she took the time to look at everything and price it individually. we went to see the live auction and the experience was great .Kerri always kept us informed at all times.

I took my items for consideration to a location not far from home, they were taken to auction after giving me a rough idea of value. I was kept informed, they fetched slightly more than my expectations and before the date quoted the money was in my bank account. Very pleased.
