The Hansons team are great!
The team are great! Chris Kirkham was kind and helpful throughout from valuing items to collecting them and creating the lots for the auction! Atsuko helped on all administrative items around the auction and was very kind and pleasant to work with as well! It is the first time my mum and I have used an auction house and we felt like we were treated with kindness and respect. It felt like a family taking care of us and guiding us as we went through the process of selling off some of my late father's items. We have never had an experience of working with auctioneers before and are so happy that we have been well cared for and looked after! We will definitely contact Hansons again to auction off other items in the future.

Hansons - recent experience …
Hansons seem to have a lot of auctions taking place across the UK. I recently bid on and won an item in a London auction. The payment process was easy. They offer a packaging and postal service which I was dubious about. This all happens at their main office and there is around a two week wait for the item to be picked up and a quote for the postal service to be issued. This did happen within two weeks and I have received my item quickly. It is extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect order. Don’t be put off by this slightly odd way of doing things. I will bid with Hanson again.
