Excellent customer service

I had such a lovely experience with Jolene and Karen. They were so patient while I tried on lots of different styles and sizes of rings and never made me feel rushed. They were happy to order the right size and have it delivered straight to my home. I’m absolutely delighted with my ring and really appreciated the personal, friendly service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I love my necklace I bought one in Ireland and few years ago but unfortunately it broke! But thankfully this company had the exact same one! And I receive a little packet of love heat sweets and a gift bag! I will definitely purchase from this company again, lovely jewellery great price's and fast delivery!

Bought a stunning Newbridge Silverware watch which arrived when expected and beautifully packaged

I was lucky enough to find a pair of earrings exactly like one my mum had recently lost. The buying process was very straightforward and my item arrived quickly in the post. I would shop with Hanratty Jewellers again.

Very friendly staff, great experience, Would highly recommend, they kept us informed of progress of the order and when it would be dispatched, The gift arrived safely.

Very happy love my gra necklace nice wrapping and note thankyou 🥰

I ordered a personalised disc pendant as a gift. Being close to Christmas and choosing a business I hadn’t used before meant I was a bit worried about delivery in time for Christmas. I messaged to check when it would come, and received a prompt response from Jolene putting my mind immediately at ease. The piece arrived today and I am truly thrilled with it. What a brilliant business, and one I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you Hanratty Jewellers 🫶

Friendly staff on telephone and speedy and discreet delivery very pleased with purchase

Bought a Celtic cross pendant online and enquired about the size. Staff were quick to respond even out of regular business hours and the following day sent me pictures which assisted me in making my purchase.

Great bunch of people running this company

Outstanding customer service and a wide range of really good watches.

Great service found just what I was looking.

They were well detailed . They took time to explain everything to me and the prices were also fair enough compared to others.
