The items are nothing like the images very cheap material and with no labels it’s basically very low end clothing with a higher price tag. A bit a con, wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.

Wish I could give a Zero. Items are not as described. Really cheap foreign imports. No way to get refund. Wish I had seen reviews beforehand. This company should be taken down.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a white backpack for £39.99. Took several weeks to arrive and when it did it was beige. The fault was obviously theirs but despite their website saying easy returns it is anything but. I was offered £8 and to keep the bag I didn't want! Told the bag would have to be returned to China and the postal charges and taxes would probably exceed the cost of the bag. Eventually agreed as it was their fault I shouldn't have to pay return postage but I would have to send it back tracked. Went to the post office who told me the cost would be £24. My email to them is now being ignored. This company is a disgrace and not at all the company their website portrays of upmarket legitimate organisation. DO NOT USE. They are a disgrace.

Absolutely shocking company. I ordered a gorgeous green and cream patterned dress which looked really stylish and high quality on the website. It finally arrived after 2 weeks and is nothing like the picture. Totally different pattern, type of material and shape. Such awful quality. It’s basically a scam. Beware and stay well clear of this organisation!

Let op!!! Levering duurt veel langer en retourneren is geheel voor eigen risico. Als er bij de douane extra kosten komen zijn die voor jezelf!!!
En het is echt zo synthetisch als wat.
Voor mij nooit meer.

I ordered a dress, it took 10 days to arrive, recieved constant updates on the delivery time,it looks exactly like l the photo on the website anyway it arrived today,the material is cheap and nasty, and has no labels on it. I'm not even going try and get a refund after reading all the reviews.

Bestel hier niet, hele slechte kwaliteit en als je wat terug wil sturen krijg je geen reactie. Zit nu met 3 items die niet passen, kwaliteit niet goed van is en ik kan het niet terug sturen want ik krijg geen reacties. Daar gaat €108,- euro..

Ordered two dresses in different colours on 30th April. Today is 26th May and only one dress has arrived. Unfortunately the dress that has arrived is cheap looking and I’ve been told I can’t cancel an order once it’s been shipped. The dress that did arrive has no returns label. Awful company. Do not bother ordering from them!

Oh dear. Unfortunately I ordered from this company about three weeks ago, hadn’t read the reviews 😢. My five items have just arrived and are rubbish quality. I’ve emailed them asking where to return for a full refund but no reply. Any suggestions?

I ordered 'soft cotton blue shirt" looked lovely in the picture but what's arrived is what can only be described as a cheap thrown together oversized shirt
Nothing like the picture on website, cheap material, buttons badly sewn on, no ties, no pattern & size 3xl, I ordered a 12 😂
I contacted my bank & have successfully got my money back I will send the picture of what's arrived & also trading standards.
I feel sorry for the people working in sweat shops throwing these things together.
Communication dodgy as anything & Yun Express are just as bad ....Chinese involvement not Netherlands

Jammer, wat een misleiding zeg. Ook mijn bestelling is een duistere zaak. Wel track en tracé nummer gehad, maar pakket is niet aangeleverd. Telefoon is niet bereikbaar. Adres is een verzamelpand, waar meerdere bedrijven zitten. Website ziet er goed uit, maar dat is dus de misleiding. Had eerst de reviews moeten lezen. Weer een lesje geleerd en een illusie armer. Hier niet bestellen!

Terrible! Poor quality item arrived, have tried to contact to send back but no response. Has anybody had any success getting hold of them?

It is a complete con. The dress arrived it is too small. Badly finished and not worth the money.
I am awaiting info on how to get a refund

They sent me out the wrong dress and wouldn’t send out the correct dress or refund me. I currently have a dress that I didn’t order and they won’t get back to me. Don’t order from them

Telefonisch niet bereikbaar —> telefoon. Is gewoon afgesloten 😅
Alles komt direct uit China en het is troep en zeker niet wat je hebt besteld .

Koop hier niet ! Je wordt echt belazerd !

Terrible delivery, dreadful products totally different to the photos. I did research them and they claimed to have a shop in London and delivery would take 1-3 days. 3 weeks later 3 dreadful items show up. Going to small claims court.

UPDATE: I have now been given a postal return address for a refund. Hugely doubtful the refund will happen but will keep you posted. I’ve got my legal team at work behind me. (2 June)

Don’t ever buy from here. Absolutely awful experience. Clothes are the worst I’ve ever seen. They take your money and won’t give you a full refund. Please do not buy from here.

Appalling company. They have a very professional website. All reads well with returns, company address in the Netherlands, refunds and contact details. When trying to speak with someone their phone number is false and connects you to ‘rail enquiries’. The item I purchased is defective and not fit for purpose. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they don’t reply! They should not be allowed to trade and defraud so many people. I have raised this company with Facebook, as it was on their platform that I saw the product. I’m still awaiting a response. The company still have a Facebook icon on their homepage. All I want is a refund!

STAY WELL AWAY!!!! dress turned up paid £107 it was like a piece of cloth cut from a roll ...........checked refund policy before bought all was ok to send back. soon as i complained i got sorry its to be sent to Asia so we can offer 20% refund or you pay customs and shipping then the warehouse needs check it so maybe a few months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! disgusting cant believe they aloud to trade . taking this further with legal
