We want to clarify that we currently do not offer phone support, but we are always happy to assist you via email or chat, and we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Regarding the refund, once it is processed on our end, it is then handled by Klarna, and unfortunately we do not have control over how they manage or complete that process. That said, we completely understand how upsetting this situation must be for you.

Ik had eerder een review geplaatst omdat ik het vreemd vond dat ik hoge verzendkosten moest betalen voor een verschil van slechts 5 cent. Dat voelde niet helemaal redelijk.
Inmiddels heeft het bedrijf dit echter netjes opgepakt. We hebben goed contact gehad en samen naar een oplossing gekeken. Daarbij is er geluisterd naar mijn punt en zijn we tot een passende oplossing gekomen. Het bedrijf is mij hierin ook tegemoetgekomen, wat ik erg waardeer.
Fijn om te zien dat er op deze manier wordt meegedacht en dat we er samen goed zijn uitgekomen.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts so openly, I completely get why this feels frustrating. Being just a few cents below the free shipping threshold and then having to cover both shipping and return costs can definitely feel unfair from your perspective.
We really respect your opinion on this. At the same time, some of our customers actually see the free shipping threshold as a good deal when they’re ordering multiple items. That said, it doesn’t mean we don’t understand your situation or how this came across. Your feedback is valid, and it’s something we take seriously.
To help sort this out for you, I’ve gone ahead and sent you a separate email so we can resolve this in a way that feels fair. Our goal is always to make sure you’re happy with both our products and the overall experience.

My order has been delayed twice over…
My order has been delayed twice over several weeks, and I have received zero proactive communication from the support team. I was initially told the delay was due to 'geographical conditions,' but upon following up myself (!!), I was informed the items are actually on backorder.
Most concerningly, I was told there is no confirmed restock date and no guarantee the items will ever return to stock. Why was I not contacted regarding this? Had I not reached out, I would have been waiting indefinitely. This lack of transparency is making me question the legitimacy of this business.

Commendable Communication & Service
Things looked like they were going downhill with possible hints at delays in delivery and supply of the items i had purchased, but the team did very well to communicate with me at all times. Even had a better period of customer experience when i had to initiate exchange of an item that didnt fit. It was super smooth and very fast in terms of replacements. Keep It Up.

Geweldige Klantvriendelijkheid
Voor de eerste keer iets besteld bij Hang Eleven. Daardoor had ik tijdens de aanbieding van de 1+1 Knitwear van één product de verkeerde maten besteld. Echter was de aanbieding verlopen toen ik de producten op de mat had gekregen. Na de situatie uitgelegd te hebben op de site heeft Jonathan ervoor kunnen zorgen dat ik na het verlopen van deze aanbieding toch nog de juiste producten heb ontvangen en gebruik heb kunnen maken van deze aanbieding. Dit was een ervaring die ik eigenlijk nog nooit eerder heb ervaren bij een bedrijf. Vandaar deze 5 sterren!

Ordered some nice knitwear during a special deal. 1 sweater got the perfect size but 1 was a little too big.
Refund and exchange support was super friendly. Jess and Jonathan did everything to make everything clear and help me out with my exchange. I’m very happy with my sweater and definitely would recommend this brand to my friends.

Mijn bestelling van 13 maart is nog steeds niet verwerkt of verstuurd, ondanks de toezegging dat dat wel zou gebeuren. Ze verkopen kleding via de webshop die op voorraad zijn, maar na het plaatsen blijken deze niet voorradig. Erg ontevreden!

Great quality & quick delivery
What I love about this shop is that it’s not as overwhelming as other stores. There’s a limited selection of clothing, and all of it has a specific style. While I can only judge the quality of what I’ve ordered so far, it seems really good. I’m also very pleased with the super fast delivery. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely order again in the future.
