Handy Cleaners Omdömen

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Cleaner was on time and very polite and respectful. Excellent work thanks. We will definitely use you in future.

Recently booked an end of tenancy deep clean with Handy Cleaners. The quality of cleaning was extremely poor (floors not mopped, missed dusting and hoovering, cupboards not cleared out). They refused to guarantee the kitchens and bathrooms due to limescale, then proceeded to not bother to clean these rooms properly at all. Needless to say we had to resort to booking another cleaner last minute to get our deposit back. Avoid making the same expensive mistake, and avoid this company.

Highly recommend Handy Cleaners. Poli has been cleaning our flat for around 1.5 years, and she never misses anything. Great price, reliable, trustworthy, and thorough service. We had fortnightly cleanings until recently and have now upped our schedule to weekly cleanings. Very happy with their service!

I had problems with Handy because they never notified me as to when my cleaner would be coming, There is no one to call directly if you have a problem. Emailing takes severals days at best. So I stopped payment on my account with Handy at my bank. One month goes by no problem. Now this month August they from what I am told changed their ID number and was somehow able to take money out of my bank account. Believe me i am addressing this with my bank for sure. But as of right now I have paid for services not rendered. I think they are crooks

They cancelled on us at the last minute for a post-building work clean-up, a day before we were supposed to move in. Pretty awful.

Marin, one of the team, has done a great job leaving the busy communal hallway really clean and smelling fresh.

Within a couple of hours, my rather neglected carpets (including a well worn stair carpet) were cleaned to an amazing standard. Absolute recommend this firm.

Great company and excellent service. We called them on Sunday trying our luck and surprisingly someone answered the phone and helped to arrange a cleaning slot for us. Through in getting our requirements and prompt in providing paperwork. Tania and her work partner did an excellent job in cleaning our apartment and the apartment looks so new now!!!

I got through immediately
Arranged a time and day when I wanted
Two confirmations prior to the date
Arrived very polite professional and thorough
Very happy
No hesitation in recommending

Thanks so much Cleaner Carpets!

Fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They got out stains we were sure were permanent! Like magic! So appreciated their wonderful customer service too. Will certainly be using them again!

Great service. The cleaners were punctual and detailed. We will definitely use them again for our pre and post tenancy cleans. Highly recommend them.

I used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning for two flats and the cleaner did great job! I'm really very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

A thorough end of tenancy deep clean.
The cleaners were punctual, had all the appropriate equipment and managed to clean into the nooks and crannies. I’m very satisfied with the service.

I have a cream carpet which was covered in stains and it looks as good as new. Efficient staff and really friendly customer service - would and will be highly recommending!

Professionally run. Very friendly and polite in scheduling. Perfectly professional and helpful staff. Carpets on communal stairs were left like new after their cleaning. Highly recommend.

Superb!

I’m a man + single + living in a studio flat for four years + moved to London for the first time = DANGEROUSLY DIRTY FLAT!

Zhelka and Asen were lightening quick cleaning magicians!

My sofa (a coffee and beer stained petri dish of disaster) was reborn fresh, new and brightly coloured after the whooshing of their magic cleaning wands!

If I’d have had some food with me, I would have eaten it off the sparkling floor when they’d finished.

Great stuff!

Fantastic service. Thought my carpet was finished after it suffered a terrible stain but Handy Cleaners fixed it as good as new

Very friendly and professional service. Punctual, polite, great quality clean and decent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional clean of carpets throughout house and stairs. Had to organise from Italy for my elderly mum. Everything went to plan. Punctual and polite. Mum's thrilled with her carpets looking so clean.
