Great quality products with very reasonable prices. Delivery costs are good too especially if you need a small order. Bought door handles and all my kitchen cupboard handles too and they look great.

I ordered an overhead door closer, but the installation instructions were inaccurate—when fitted as directed, the unit sat 1cm too low and the arm couldn't move freely. Unfortunately, repositioning it higher isn't an option due to my door setup.

I reached out to the company through their only available contact method (a web form), clearly explaining the issue and requesting a return. Weeks have passed with no response—no phone number, no live chat, no follow-up.

Extremely disappointed in both the product guidance and complete lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed an order for a pair of door handles, latch and three hinges. Due to a miscommunication with our joiner, we didn't need the latch and hinges. I subsequently packed up what I had received from Handles4u, filled out the returns form and returned the items to them. This consisted of three hinges in one box and the latch in a plastic bag, exactly as I had received them. When my refund eventually arrived with my bank it was for the incorrect amount. I immediately questioned this with customer services and three days later received a reply claiming that I had only returned one hinge. They even claimed that they had done a stock check to make sure, which I very much doubt. I replied saying that this wasn't correct, and politely asked how we could resolve the matter. No reply from them. I emailed again with the same question. No reply from them. This speaks volumes about their blatant disregard for their customers. They simply ignore them. So my advice is to shop elsewhere. They're not selling anything you can't buy for the same price on other websites, and based on my experience they don't deserve your business.

I ordered some polished chrome door handles along with some bathroom handles. Unfortunately the bathroom handles were brushed chrome instead of polished. I messaged Handles4u and received a prompt response from Rob apologising and advising that they would arrange for replacement bathroom handles to be dispatched to me. A few days later I received the new handles and Rob has arranged for Royal Mail to collect the incorrect handles from my home. I cannot fault the customer service. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are cheaper than other websites as I compared the same handles before buying and they resolved an issue immediately.

Despite the average reviews here, I decided to give it ago. And ended up buying twice from them (Nov 2024; February 2025). 16 kitchen cabinet handles. Then 6 TV unit door knobs.

Fast delivery (within advertised times); and excellent quality items, reasonably priced.

I did not need to contact their customer service, so I cannot comment on that.

Scam company. Avoid ! Refused to refund when we returned a product in November . STILL waiting and when we contacted them they asked for proof of return. Fortunately we had that . Sent the proof and they claimed the return was sent to wrong address. They have basically put up barriers at random in order to avoid issuing a refund . Shocking customer service . I’m about to take it further but felt the need to vent!
I’ve also just seen a positive review from someone in the last few days . Ignore . Clearly there are fake reviews being posted !

Excellent service and competitive prices. I have used them many times without issue.

Misleading descriptions. Eg. Expensive items desribed as brass were in fact painted gold to look like brass. Ghastly products I never would have purchased had I known. Sandy suggested it was my mistake, so I would need to pay to return the items. Ignored emails.

Great showroom! Such a wide range of handles to look at and feel etc. Graham was super helpful- he spent over an hour with me (and into his lunch break) helping me choose all the ironmongery for house. He's really knowledgeable about the brand the company sells and gave me lots of tips too.

DPD failed to deliver the parcel correctly by refusing to ring my door bell or knock on my door. It's been near impossible to get hold of anyone at Handles4U to rectify despite DPD saying they didn't follow the correct protocol. I have emailed over video evidence of this and I can see the video hasn't been downloaded so it's clear that this isn't high priority for anyone.

I have now purchased the same handles and latches from elsewhere and will not recommend handles4u to clients in future.

Not my first purchase from handles4u, and like all previous dealings with this company and its products everything was flawless, great quality hardware, delivered quickly, a trustworthy business that I have and will use, again and again.
I would just like to say that I nearly didn’t use this company, there are so many fake looking companies online, and this one sounds a bit suspicious, handles4u is not as classy a name as this company should have.

Poor quality plastic washers fitted have started to fail in just over 12 mths of use. No one will respond to my emails asking for assistance. I have a bunch of not in expensive handles with excessive movement. Like many other report, customer service is hopeless. Update: to their credit the company have now responded and provided new washers for me to fit. They look more robust than those originally fitted. Still a load of hassle so I’ve given them a mid score.

Product that I recieved was as described on the website. Received quickly and well packaged. No issues. Did not need customer service so cannot comment on standard. Had I read the reviews first I would have been apprehensive to order but glad I didn't and I will use them again in the future.

Delivery was quick but when I tried to contact them via the form on their website I get no reply - I tried 3 times already.

This is an appalling company to deal with. Please do not listen to any of the good reviews. I am honestly starting to think they are fake. We recently purchased 3 handles from them one of which included a lock handle for a cloakroom door. The lock part of the handle snapped off in my husbands hand upon first use. We contacted Handles 4U to report the problem and ask for a replacement as we felt this was clearly a simple manufacturing problem. They are refusing to replace the item as they are citing misuse. Not sure how you can misuse a lock tbh but we are now left out of pocket as we are going to have to source a new handle with lock and pay another joiner to fit when honestly all we need is a new spindle. In all honestly non of the items received are up to par. This is a company selling shoddy items then refusing to replace when they inevitably break. Disgraceful company I would avoid at all cost.

Email on ordering stated that the items (which on the website were in stock) would be dispatched in two to three days. Not great, but at least I knew. However, they were not dispatched for five working days.

On the fourth day, I emailed (no response). There is no phone number on their website so on the fifth day we used the phone number on Trustpilot. They were finally dispatched that afternoon.

Goods were fine once they arrived and reasonably priced but service not acceptable.
