These guys are frauds when it comes to customer service. They don't respond and don't entertain defective products. They don't follow their own guidelines. When you try to contact customer service for return They try to manipulate and play games. I've filed a grievance on consumer forum. Will recommend not to buy from them. Rest your money your choice burn where ever you want.

Very disappointing experience.
After committing to timelines and taking an advance, there was no delivery and no response despite repeated follow-ups and a lot of patience from my end.
Lack of communication and delay at this level feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. I finally had to cancel the order and ask for a refund.
Sharing this so others can be cautious before placing an order. Transparency and timely responses matter.

first of all really sorry for the inconvenience
on 7th of jan we received your order and when team called for the address verification your self cancelled the order as it was taking more time as per your schedule,
after that on 20th jan your self asked to dispath this and we started the procedure to dispatch the console on 24th jan it was dispatched and tracking details was shared with you.
your each msg were answered and each call is answered what ever we received in working hours

missed your call on 24Th jan as you called us in non working hours at 7:14 pm and responded back to you on the next woking day
we have shared all the timeline of your order and now you can check were you respnded or not

Worst product and response
Single star wasn't my choice if possible I would wish to give them -10 out of 5. They are cheaters, non responsive, lazy, , quality job they don't know, I doubt they have their own fabrication workshop, I am sure they subcontractor the works.
My order until advance was grabbed by the person mentioned as Owner owing mobile number 9193356036. Since then he never responded over voice, after several calls he left a message to contact their customer care team, a lady who doesn't have any information about the order and given technical details. My order was for dinning table base and dimensions was clearly mentioned during order and advance payment. They promised to deliver in 12 to 14 days. After 12 days when I contacted them they started ignoring calls and later after attemps from different number I was told that, the fabrication will start tomorrow and they will share the photos soon. That soon never came until I keep them calling everyday. Note; I got evidence of everything I am mentioning above. I won't recommend to anyone to buy any product from "Handicraft town". You will definitely regret. Waste of money. If anyone are interested to have more details of my review feel free to comment or share your WhatsApp number. I'll share the chat details, photos of worst product and the worst output.

before 1 month you were running from pillar to post for dining table base and no one were there to make a base for you as you already had top in particular size,
you contacted us and insisted us to make base in customised size and color as per your requirement,
and we did
you dont understand the simple procedure of of presale and after sales service, sales team took your order and forwarded to the after sales team and a direct no. was shared with you to communicate with the after sales team still you were making unnecessary calls to the sales team multiple time we request you to contact after sales team as they have the real time information
problem is still you people are living with colonial mindset where you think others are slave for you and you can call them in non working hours and you can misbehave with them even there is a lady on the call.
this is not the problem of you most of the people can stand out of the big brand's store and wait for hours happily but when goes to the local shop then they wants all things immidietely and if there is a bit delay than the patience is gone.
still we deepely regret for the inconvenience thank you for your feedback and best of luck

Handicrafts town is a fraud website
Handicrafts town is a fraud website. I have ordered a center table from their website. They took the advance for the center table and promised me to deliver the product within 15 days. Its been more than 30 days, they are not responding to my messages, also they have shown the sample product image to me which has poor quality than shown in the website. I have lost my advance amount as well. I could ordered it from some reputed website instead.

Absolutely pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service. We ordered a centre table and even after 2 months , they could not deliver it. Big talks and no work. Everytime, we enquired, they will say the table is in the making.
Order no 9915. Received refund finally after almost 2 months.
